I find the reminder that there is no need for my mind to solve anything to be a most effective cue for relaxation. It's really about giving your brain full permission to be at rest, which admittedly I don't always do.
I agree completely. The first thing my mind turns to when things get quiet is my checklists. Only now the first item, solve it after nidra (I practice in the morning). I hope you had a restful practice!
I just finished my fourth day in a row of doing this one and committed to five so I will do it tomorrow again. As much work as I’ve done on myself it feels like this is the first time I’m really getting traction on surrendering and healing. Thank you.
Thank you again. I listen to your meditations as well as those of others every single day, Usually I do a couple meditations every day and I know I have listened to this one before as the the like button was already liked. I love these meditations so much. They keep me off medications,
This yoga nidra resonates with me so much. Working on letting go of the past and leaning into the places where fear lies to release those emotional blocks. Trusting the path. Thank you! 💜
Thank you Ayla for another excellent yoga nidra. As always, you offer thoughtful variety within the experience. This one seems even more meaningfully focused than usual. Brilliant.
Thank you so much Ayla, I love to be practicing with you daily for 8 months now. I am a new person and forever grateful for the love and compassion I have for myself now. It transforms my world everyday. On top of my health!
Whoa! 8 months! Thank you so so much! It is such an honour. Thank you for listening and it means the world to me hearing you feel on top of your health! happy tears here 😭🖤✨
I love all your yoga nidra collection. Your voice is so calming. Your words are calm meaningful and bringing so much healing. I download onto spotify and use my earpods to listen to ypu with wifi turmed off. I mostly listen in the mornings or at night when i have trouble sleeping and you have been a blessing 🙌 Thank YOU for being there ❤
so lovely to hear from you and thank you for popping on here considering you also listen on the podcast. It always means the world when I have a podcast or pop on to say something nice. Wishing you a restful practice.
Beautifully crafted, Ayla. Thank you ❤. Though, if we're going to clear out all MY past doubt and shadows, I think I'm going to need a two or three-hour version of this one. 😅
As I was doing this practice this morning there was heavy rain and thunder outside. I found these sounds inspiring and somehow comforting. As if the storm was washing away myself doubts Looking forward to connecting with you this Sunday x
Thank you so much, Ayla! Your amazing, healing practices have been a part of my daily life for a few months now. This is one I will come back to often. ♥
