My pleasure, Ayla. I say that because, I think it's good for you to know that we, your "yogi nidra", appreciate that you are doing a really nice and well done work--my humble opinion--; Furthermore, I mention this to new users who might read and appreciate what other practitioners have said after practicing Yoga Nidra with you. Anyhow, I really appreciate that you take your time to make a comment to us. Thank you.@@AylaNovaNidra
Thank you, Ayla. This practice felt warm, healing, and centering. I enjoyed the pause to behold the full constellation of energy points. This felt personal and universal.
This was simply amazing, Ayla. Honestly, I loved your confident and jubilant delivery that made this what I believe to be your strongest vocal performance yet, a far cry from when you had me a bit worried a few weeks back. On a slightly unrelated note, I listened to last week's session yesterday and I think it helped me through something that I'd been repressing for over three years now. At the risk of embarassment, I'll just say that I'd been too proud / "masculine' to cry over something - and let's just say that after listening to that session followed by unexpectedly hearing a certain name repeated on an episode of the Bachelor (which I don't watch lol), the floodgates finally opened.🤣 I just want to say, thank you, Ayla🖤
Vulnerability comes with many emotions, thank you for your openness. Always welcome here. 🖤✨ Unfortunately, my voice is the first thing to go when my immune system is challenged. It's making a strong comeback. Rest, rest, rest.
The thoughts that keep us from falling asleep are often quite cruel. Without recognizing this aspect we would not know the beauty of kindness at its fullest. Sending you love thank you for practicing with me.
Thanks🙏
