would love to see a video if you have one how you you do the dough in the morning, I used to Work for Dominoe's MANY years ago, and if I still remember correctly, after you stretch out the dough using one of those machines, the you put the dough in pans, then using a rolling device you put a whole bunch of hole in the holes, forgot what that was for and after that you would put the pan on a rack then once the rack is all filled up you put it in the freezer til it was time to start using them, do you guys still do thos today or has this changed over the years????

I don't know how I feel about the cutter not being washed. Like I get how it's a rush but what if someone is muslim or jewish and you cut someones pizza that has bacon or sausage on it, then you go and cut their pizza with the pork still on the cutter? You might think it's negligible but that's their religion. Or what if someone is vegetarian? Same thing applies.

Yes plz make the pizza goood wen adding garlic butter on the pizza crust or on the bread bites plz make sure they are coated and well seasoned customer are paying the hard earned money on your product and you can’t even make sure it’s good
too much oil, oil accuracy is subpar, splattering oil from an empty bottle ew, not enough parm, too much flipping of the peel, too wildly with the blade, cuts are far from perfect (a half pizza was way tf off), new york cuts are way off, not enough cleaning of the blade, placed the pan from the floor back into circulation without cleaning, poor prefilling pan inserts on multiple levels causing box stress on cuts, sandwich cuts should be diagonal and single hit as not to cause paper insert into food....and although it's up to the franchise, pan tables for at least stacks would be nice to see, but I'll let that slide. the only good thing is that the blade was sharp and cut the pizza through nicely.....but that's less of talent and more the tool, but good job i guess.
Dominos sure has lowered the standards in the last few years. I managed a Dominos in the 90s and I would have had to retrain everybody in that store if that is what they were producing. Unacceptable.

too much oil, oil accuracy is subpar, splattering oil from an empty bottle ew, not enough parm, too much flipping of the peel, too wildly with the blade, cuts are far from perfect (a half pizza was way tf off), new york cuts are way off, not enough cleaning of the blade, placed the pan from the floor back into circulation without cleaning, poor prefilling pan inserts on multiple levels causing box stress on cuts, sandwich cuts should be diagonal and single hit as not to cause paper insert into food....and although it's up to the franchise, pan tables for at least stacks would be nice to see, but I'll let that slide.
the only good thing is that the blade was sharp and cut the pizza through nicely.....but that's less of talent and more the tool, but good job i guess.

Dominos sure has lowered the standards in the last few years. I managed a Dominos in the 90s and I would have had to retrain everybody in that store if that is what they were producing. Unacceptable.

I work for $12/hr! The blade is cleaned every 2 hours. We need to go fast because the volume of pizzas coming out of the oven. Obviously we care about quality but we also really care about efficiency!
