      @@lukenolan3304 exactly right. You have a great attitude and are fair. I hate those that run their mouth and act like this dude sucks. "Well, he's just a line cook at a family restaurant. It's not a real career". Trust me, you can't do what this man does with the skill he has to do this, and neither can I. Reflecting on this job, I am still in awe of the level of precision it demands. Ultimately, I transitioned to a different career path due to the low pay, long hours, lack of benefits, and challenging work conditions. It’s astonishing that this role doesn’t offer at least $35/hour given the constant workload and intense physical demands. The job requires complete focus, with no downtime, and involves being hunched over for extended periods, which takes a toll on one’s body. I genuinely admire the structured approach and organized system this individual has created. It’s a well exactitude dance.

    That's why my sausage and bacon are always cold. You cook it and let it sit. I'll remember to ask for it warmed up next time.

      The servers are just as much to blame. That food sits there for 1,000 years before being acknowledged.

      Show respect, you probably couldn’t do HALF of what this man is doing, if the servers take forever picking up the orders how is that his fault? Appreciate!

    Respect for not picking up that bread you dropped. I worked as a dishwasher when I was younger and I’d watch some cooks do that kind of shit.

      Salt & pepper is on the tables for the guests to use at their discretion. The oil is Ventura Phase Gold Premium Pan and Grill Shortening Coconut Oil. I hope you are not as confused af anymore.

    Have you ever added a little milk or cream to the scrambled eggs? My mom and gram always did - really makes them fluffier and creamier. You do such an awesome job - I’ve always been so amazed at the speed and consistency of how you can cook all of these dishes at the same time. Super skills!🙌🏽

    • @ramos94610
      @ramos94610 3 месяца назад

      That’s a depression era trick for when you didn’t have enough eggs. Scrambled eggs are fluffy and creamy based on the way you cook them. I mean like actually moving them in the pan, plus the heat, and what kind of fat you use.
