    I was diagnosed with H.pylori n i took the kit twice but it didn't went.. now i was told to take esomeprazole 40 mg twice before meal coz i had a lot of gas n stomachache,,
    Alhamdulillah it has been 1 n half week without any esomeprazole since i started with Okra,,
    I take it twice a day. I just cut into smaller bite size,, i boil in less than 3 minutes when it's still crunchy,, i don't add anything,,
    Alhamdulillah i have been taking it before meal like 30- 1 hour n then i eat,,
    Alhamdulillah Allah Has put blessings in it n it has helped m alot

    My son tested positive for h pylori thrice after taking two courses of antibiotics.Dr. Is waiting for another treatment. I will try this for him. Thank you

      Namaste. How old is your son? Avoid processed food like bread noodles pasta etc which tends to increase acidity and thus creates an environment for Hpylori to grow. Give him plenty of pomegranate, good for the stomach.
      Can suggest an Ayurvedic supplement that helps reduce acidity. You can give him for three months to heal the gut.

    thanks for ur sharing okra in egypt is a must in traditional food we cooked it with chicken broth or lamb at low heat and add corinda seed and garlic stired quickly in olive oil

      Namaskaram. The focus of H pylori treatment mainly is to reduce hyperacidity that is condusive for its growth. The ladysfinger will prevent the growth but essentially the acidity needs to be reduced so that Hpylori cannot grow.     Mam your video is really informative one for the people who are suffering in HPylori. My doubt is u added dry chillies in this receipe can a severe ulcer paitent can add this dry chill as u said. Pls upload more videos for HPylori diet and to boost immunity diet. Thank u mam god bless u

      Namaskaram Dr Raji Jacob. Regarding dry red chilli,I added a small quantity. You could omit it if you wish.
      Regarding H.pylori ,diet,it's very important to address hyperacidity that helps h.pylori to grow. Unless hyperacidity is controlled,it's a vicious cycle with continuous rounds of antibiotics.
      When hyperacidity is controlled,then antibiotics are more effective.
      There is an Ayurvedic wellness supplement which helps in controlling hyperacidity.

      Namaskarams. Avoid oily, spicy foods. Have more alkaline foods like gourd vegetables and fruits . Avoid Processed food like bread, noodles,pasta, pizzas etc. Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.       Yes I had it, 1st of all don't be scared. If u get scared ur gut immune will go down and the infection will get worse. 1st step is to kill off the h pylori, u can take mastic gum for 1 week without any medication to get rid of it or eat brocoli sprouts if u want to get treated by medicine then u can follow triple therapy of Amoxicillin for a week or 2. Note - taking antibiotics will destroy good and bad bacteria in the body. 2nd step is to introduce pre and pro biotics into the body to reset the gut microbiome. Stay out of stress avoid spicy foods l and if u can avoid onion and tomato. Take curd (probiotics) only after elimination of the bacteria or else u will be feeding them

    Hello maam. Thank you so much for this amazing information, I never knew this. Just diagnosed with it and I was browsing RUclips for natural remedies and landed on your channel.
    Just wanted to ask, with this recipe of yours can I air fry the okra as well? Or will air frying reduces its slime and hence defeats the purpose?

      Namaste. Okra will help reduce infection and prevent further proliferation of H.pylori to the intestinal walls. It cannot eliminate the infection. It's best to steam it or lightly saute it in little oil and have. I have not used airfryer,so have no experience. But slime should be present when you eat it.
      Also a diet that helps reduce hyperacidity helps to prevent Hpylori infection, as this bacteria grows in a acidic environment.

    OMG. Ma'am how can you be so patiently reply to all kinds of comments ?. I was detected with very mild h pylori last year and used heavy antibiotics. I lost weight eventually and how much ever I eat, i am not gaining wait and my stomach feels very empty. Any remedy or treatment available ?

    This recipe is very delicious💞, never had steamed vegetables before. Tried it for the first time it came out well.

    Thank you. I'm going back to hospital this Saturday for yet another endoscopy and I'll be back on a course of meds. I will try this recipe. My husband eats a lot of okra but the slime used to put me off. Now, I will try to eat it using your recipe.

      Vendakka stew. Ingredients: lady's fingers cut into medium size pieces, small onions sliced into two,green chillies slit vertically, (proportion of each left to one's discretion, keeping in mind that the flavour of lady's fingers should not be drowned 🙂 ). Cook all together in second extract of coconut milk with salt to taste. Add thick first extract after switching off the fire and pour a spoon of fresh coconut oil on top and a sprig of curry leaves as flavoring. Goes well with rice and "pulliseri"

    Thank you miss you have open my eyes on taking care of what I eat I will take you info under consideration, and try to eat ladies finger,I’m Mexican and to be honest w you our food has so much unhealthy ingredients,bad oils and lots of fat for our Guts that they’re not good for our bodies and don’t get me wrong. I love my Mexican food but since I’m getting older, I think I need to cut down on most of it and start eating healthier.Thank you👍♥️ I am going to start watching more Indians cuisine and start cooking this healthy foods 👍

      Ragi or finger millet is rich in calcium. Moringa or drumstick leaves too are rich in calcium. Do include them in your diet. Exercises like simple brisk walking also help in adding bone strength. Sunlight exposure is equally important. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull

    Hii mam... one of my close friend shared this video...dekhne ke baad mujhe bahut achha laga...muje be bahut acidity hothi hii uske karan hamesh stomach infection ho jaathi he mam n h pylori infection hogaya mam.. 2 rounds of antibiotics use kiya he mam... next time test karne ke liye jaana padega mam so uske liye homeremidies yaa any diet he kya mam...
