One of our dearest friends in Vienna is an exquisite pianist and composer, and we could not be happier to perform one of his pieces for our Tribute to Gershwin program. Laszlo Kövi writes the way he is; full of ideas, with humor and respect towards styles, genres and legacies. We could not be happier to perform his composition for our Tribute to Gershwin program and love the fact that we can include contemporary music by a composer and friend we love so dearly.
