- WE ARE ARRIVED BACK IN ZAMBOANGA CITY, BUT ONLY HAD A DAY BEFORE LEAVING TO DAVAO...
In this video, we stroll around Zamboanga on a tricycle. Starting at the Garden Orchid Hotel, we find ourselves downtown visiting the City Hall. I love the architecture... and the unique food you can find! Speaking of that, we found a great Malaysian eatery, and enjoyed some of the diverse and delicious food. Of course, it was a must as well to eat knickerbocker!
Before flying out to Davao, we stop by the International Barter market, with goods coming from different countries.
Zamboanga City is full of good vibes. It is beautiful, fun, and somewhere I love to stroll around when visiting!

The only time I had knickerbocker was back in 2013 and until now I still remember how it taste. I wish I can go back to Zamboanga

Fun city but I was taken aback at how congested it was.
Zamboanga is progressing city. I’ve been to zamboanga like 25 years ago and it looks so much different today but the food still has the same old malaysian side. Batik Power🤙🏼

4:45 I agree. I wish more municipalities incorporated historical or native influences into government architecture. At least lead in terms of preserving Filipino culture. Instead of the bland fake-Mediterranean/Greco-Roman designs we see in most cities. But meh. Most LGUs seemingly lack the imagination for it. The only other municipal halls I've been impressed with that I can recall offhand is the OLD Cotabato City Hall and the Laoag City Hall (which is very similar to Zamboanga's).
It depend on where majority influence the region, true it gives meaning where it comes from their cultures and identity plus the influences of the outside world who set put in your region, Bacolod and the provincial hall where getting theirs on American architecture
@@emconsolacion7950 Of course. It should reflect the character and history of the city/town. I just find it frustrating that cities spend tens to even hundreds of millions of pesos building municipal halls that looks extremely generic and has nothing to do with Filipino culture.
I'd even be happy with something futuristic. They're spending tax money, at least make it something beautiful.
