I loved Dipolog, very nice and relaxed place. I didn't get a chance to try that market when i was there but will on my next trip.

It's not on the Boulevard it's behind the hospital
There's a boulevard in dipolog city which is brgy. Barra,sta. Cruz miputak and to galas port. It's about 7.6 kilometers correct me if I'm wrong..
