Love your style. To the point, no frills. I’m a solid 6 hdcp. Can you add heel shots to the wish list? From dtl view everything looks stellar, then last nanosecond heel is delivered. So frustrating. If I may explain more: keeping angles, wrist structure (structure ball between arms, or even a trail wrist extension gadget for example increases problem). I’m probably not explaining well, but appreciate.

Thank you! Thanks for the description. If I am understanding correctly, sounds like you have good positions on the downswing but the clubhead is open/having trouble squaring the face at impact? Are you blocking shots to the right? If what I am saying is accurate, I have a great response to that. Let me know, thanks! I will get a video out on that.

    How do you control distances?

O man, the golden question! I like to control the backswing length (how far I take the club away) and make it consistent for certain distances ie: a 10 yrd pitch to a 20 yrd pitch etc. The same concept rings true for half to 3/4 to full shots as well. Find what length of backswing produces the yardage/flight in which you are seeking. My downswing has the same amount of effort so again it all comes back to the backswing. Longer backswing -> longer shot. You could think of it as taking the club below hip height, to hip height, to above hip height (3/4 swing), to full backswing depending on the desired shot. Does that make sense?
