I would love to see both q + q2 get re-released on modern platforms (most likely the switch 2)
Well will see if P-Studio would like to contact Mutan (Etrian Odyssey Origins outsourcing studio) to remaster this game.
I'm almost finishing it and i'm loving it this far. Even if the amounts of grinding i have done are not healthy, it is a pretty enjoyable experience.
The fact they brought back Komoshida but not Adachi is crazy
im really considering to buy a 3ds just for this game...

@@dmitriydubovetsky5778 you could technically use phone or pc to play it through emulation but playing it on 3DS just feels better

The Persona Q series is apparently based on the game engine of another Atlus 3DS game series. All I know about whatever those games are is that they found a way to port them to current days systems lately. Hopefully that means the Q series gets ported to current gaming systems too someday. Hopefully with Q2 getting a English dub too there. Apparently the lack of English dub was due to Atlus not having much faith in this game doing too well with it being a late 3DS game and all.

The last Atlus game that using that Nintendo 3DS game engine since the release of Etrian Odyssey IV in 2012.
To show this is good. This is the only time kotone doesn't prey on ken. That's the only reason why it is good (apart from the good music, interesting storyline, good morals, fun characters, ect.)
I can’t believe you would call the 3DS a dead console. In fact, I think modded 3DSes are in their prime right now!

Honestly i wasn't really a fan of the first persona q game and ended up quitting it mainly due to gameplay being designed like etrian odyssey and not like the normal shin megami tensei style of gameplay, i really wanted to love the game but the very confusing dungeons combined with having to be forced to go back to homebase to upgrade personas, sell materials or buy new armor every 5 mins was such a drag to do, especially with the difficultly options only effecting damage taken from the enemy's and nothing else
Still though i have a hacked 3ds and downloaded the game free so i guess i cant complain lol😅,just hope people reading this know its VERY grindy and honesty the character interactions is the main fun part of the game and not story, i cant say the say the same for q2 but I've always just assumed it might be the same thing, just fun character interactions between different games and nothing else
