As a Filipino slowly learning said languages, I'm lucky to have rolling R's on our local language. It makes pronouncing the words sound more authentic and in turn, easier to learn.

Секрет в том, что нужно найти баланс между давлением воздуха во рту и напряжением языка герметизирующие ротовое отверстие. Язык должен касаться десны и полностью препятствовать выход воздуха, а кончик языка должен быть в вертикальном положении, далее нужно создать небольшое давление выдохом через рот, далее слегка расслабить мышцы кончика языка, так, что бы воздух начал прорываться через него, но при этом быть достаточно напряжённым, что бы вернуться в обратное положение. Прижимать язык нужно слегка, и выдыхать так же нужно слегка, иначе не получиться.
Don't worry too much - I'm a Russian and I can't roll my R's myself 😀 Well, I learned to do it a bit when I was learning Portuguese several years ago. But I kept my original pronunciation for my Russian, it feels more natural. It's not that big of a deal.

@@GramkowPiano depends on which Portuguese variety do you speak. Russian r can be either an alveolar tap or a thrill, depending on the context. The short tap r could be a good approximate, I believe most of the Portuguese accents have it. The thrill kind is more like a Spanish rr, which I can't still pronounce myself. But bear in mind that Russian doesn't have phonemic distinction between a tap and a thrill, like in Spanish. They are more like a variants of the same phoneme. Some Russian speakers replace it with a guttural R, like in French or Brazilian rr. It is kinda frowned upon but it gets more common nowadays.

If I say "Brasileiro" (which has 2 R's), I will tap the R. Is this R very common in Russian? Because I've seen Russian « Р » similar to our R, but so slightly different that I cannot tell exactly the difference :(

Thats why I’m confused. My tongue is near my bottom teeth and it sort of stings my throat like a gargling sound. After I do it for a long time, my throat feels dry and sore. Another thing is I say Zzzzzz. Like a bee but then touch my tongue to the top of my mouth and this makes the zzzz into a zrrrr. But I don’t know if that’s right either. Should this R come from the throat and hurt?
As a native russian speaker - your tongue should be on the roof of your mouth, 100% not near the bottom teeth. Only the tongue should be moving, if your throat hurts - you're doing it wrong.
@@dragonlazer but i place my tongue at the bottom teeth and at the top of mouth. and make a throat clearing/ scratching grrrr sound. they both sound the same.
How many languages do you actually speak? I can catch your accent, but for your age the effort is awesome. And actually use live language instead of book/written is great. Also can you unveil your name? First time that I hear one.

@@GramkowPiano tap r and trill are both valid realisations of the same phoneme in Russian. We might not distinguish them in rapid speach at all

I am hearing that Russians pronounceation of the r is different than Spanish pronounce their r's.
Basically, in Spanish you have two “types” of R. But the pronunciation is pretty much the same as in Russian

As a native russian speaker - your tongue should be on the roof of your mouth, 100% not near the bottom teeth. Only the tongue should be moving, if your throat hurts - you're doing it wrong.
I tried to do the zrrrr how you described it, and it is VERY similar to the rolling R. Just remove the teeth vibrating and you have the rolling R.
