I saw one of their vlog about paying visa. J said one of the foreigner wanted to leave PH. The lady from the embassy said, if he leaves now, he can't return to PH due to travel restrictions.
My 82-year old grandma and I have discovered your videos since the lockdown in March. We simply love watching you since then. It's like part of our routine now when we want to relax. You're in an isolated island, you can stay for a while and when things get better, you can go. You just need to find a repair shops for your laptop, cellphone and do more videos. It'll help you financially.

Im from Philippines but never been to El Nido so i am really jealous.I’ve been to other areas of Palawan but not El Nido. Here in Texas situation is really bad,increasing covid cases everyday.I think you’re better off staying there for now till you get a sure answer to the country you want to fly to..its a bit cheaper and safer.

But for now, I really recommend hanging tight there. Even my US friends are getting stuck, turned around in flights. My friend just had to fly from Thailand to Japan first in order to be accepted into the US. So, it's still crazy. Please stay safe. We love watching you guys!
The good thing about the PH is it has different islands and when the lockdown started the places with 0 cases remained 0 unless some people from manila go there and might bring the virus but as long as you guys are safe then I think you should stay in the el nido. Manila has the most number of cases so better stay there you guys are safer. Also a suggestion check how long your VISA allows you to stay because 8milesfromhome paid a lot because they stayed longer and extended their stay so maybe look into it too so you could freely stay here without worries.

Here in Belgium we are having more cases again and they are going to make rules more strict again. It seems the second wave arrived. I was thinking of going to Barcelona in Spain for some time in August but i won't go because things are getting worse there too. In january i booked a trip to Mauritius for October like i told you before in the past but every day i have less hope that it will happen. Things are not getting better soon in Europe i am afraid. I hope you guys stay well there in El Nido. Carol seems a bit sad. Living without being able to make plans is not very nice of course. But you guys have each other. And if you guys can get through this together you can get through anything in life and you will be a couple forever :)
@@michaelahass2695 no I couldn't leave. They cancelled my flight and it is only allowed for essential travels. I was able to change my booking for the beach villa in flic en flac to October 2021. The owner of the villa was understanding. So let's hope the pandemic will be better by then.

Right now, only flights to and from European Union countries, countries associated with the Schengen Area (Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland) and United Kingdom are allowed. And there are still many cases of covid (Lisbon area specially). So my advice is to stay there, safe, in that beautiful paradise..see more places and wait and hope for better days. Beijinho

Palawan is one of the high-end islands in the country. However, what matter the most is the safety of everybody. According to a eurpoean vlogger that I follow it is really not advisable to travel so might as well just wait it out.

I just searched Orbitz. Looks like Manila to Lisbon (stop in Istanbul) after August 10 is around $625(us). Airline is Turkish Air. No idea about travel but Turkey is open.
You guys are staying in a dream vacation that everybody have. To locked in so many islands. Compared to where Iam now, its just my four walls around the flat because its a congested area, we have curfews but its not safe to go out our flat our neighbors might be infected. So being in ur situation is way better. Plus, its working good also for your channel as everybody is dreaming to have summer holidays in the beach. The only downfall is missing your family but other than that, you guys are all good. Enjoy every moment. Discover more islands in Elnido or Palawan later who knows. Plus, pls make another cooking video? I miss it.

Yeah, I for one am glad you both have decided to stay as I thoroughly enjoy your videos, as unfortunate that is with missing you're parents. Understandable how that would make you sad. You maybe doing this already, but facebook messenger video chat is a cheap way for making international calls.

Hi guys!!! Love your videos! I`m portuguese (I live in Lisbon). Right now, only flights to and from European Union countries, countries associated with the Schengen Area (Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland) and United Kingdom are allowed. And there are still many cases of covid (Lisbon area specially). So my advice is to stay there, safe, in that beautiful paradise..see more places and wait and hope for better days.

Palawan is one of the high-end islands in the country. However, what matter the most is the safety of everybody. According to a eurpoean vlogger that I follow it is really not advisable to travel so might as well just wait it out.

Stay in the Philippines. A lot of people envy you both that you're stuck in Palawan, Travel & Leisure's choice as best island in the world. I'm a Filipina and living in the Philippines all my life but haven't been to El Nido or any part of Palawan. Happy that I discovered your channel from another travel vloggers. 😊

Eight miles from home are very nice family with a 4year old daughter who is adorable, smart and cute. I watched their video vlogs also. They have their mother Pha2 left 3 weeks ago back to England from Siargao. I believed they are the best people to talk with who can answers your questions because they have lived and a house in Portugal

I just searched Orbitz. Looks like Manila to Lisbon (stop in Istanbul) after August 10 is around $625(us). Airline is Turkish Air. No idea about travel but Turkey is open.

You guys are staying in a dream vacation that everybody have. To locked in so many islands. Compared to where Iam now, its just my four walls around the flat because its a congested area, we have curfews but its not safe to go out our flat our neighbors might be infected. So being in ur situation is way better. Plus, its working good also for your channel as everybody is dreaming to have summer holidays in the beach. The only downfall is missing your family but other than that, you guys are all good. Enjoy every moment. Discover more islands in Elnido or Palawan later who knows. Plus, pls make another cooking video? I miss it.
