Watching your vids makes me wish I’d off stayed longer in Palawan but when this all dies down I’ll be back,also balabac right down south via Rio tinto has got stunning beach’s,never seen them tuna things in jollibees I was to busy stuffing cheeseburgers down my neck😀

If you guys are still in Puerto Princesa, maybe you can check out Sabang Beach and fly your drone around that area and promise you'll get some great views of the beautiful mountains peaks and maybe you'll get lucky and film some wild monkeys and huge monitor lizards roaming around that area near the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River. That wildlife encounter would be interesting and fun to watch, lol! You may also wanna check out Mitra Ranch and Baker's Hill. These places are really nice and have beautiful vistas and viewpoints of Honda Bay on top of the hill.
i recommend you to go Brooke's Point in southern Palawan they do have very nice scenery there also lots of waterfalls and hotsprings

Do not miss the 'estuary SHRIMP!' ...they are massive! Best to prepare them yourself(grill with a side dip of garlic/butter/black pepper). The trimmings can be used to make soup....

True, some of the rules should be reviewed because some things they allow are helping spread the decease more. Couples or relatives should be allowed in one tricycle. I would think it is safer than joining a multicab of strangers. Stay safe.

Visa penalty quite expensive cris, when you’re in manila you can check other malls which are bigger and more complete enjoy your stay in Palawan

Glad you shared the social distancing barriers in jeepneys as I have never been out to ride in one. You’re right about it being risky for handling the overhead rails though. I think some places allow Backriding as long as you can show proof you are married. Robinson’s malls are the same all over the Phils. Huge and a bit pricey in their dept. stores. You might want to find ukay (thrift stores) over there that sell better quality clothes some never been used even as most come from abroad. As for visa costs...another time it would be cheaper to simply travel out of the country and back. Nice informative blog.

Just like Filipinos, it's sad to see foreigners having to comply in all the nonsense requirements of immigration, pay a large amount of money especially this time of pandemic where everyone is affected. I'm pretty sure that they can process the application witout having to go to express processing. It's a money making strategy amongst the employees inside the bureau. And unfortunately, it's rampant in all government agencies. It needs to stop.

Ferdinand Obdin most countries wave the fees. We overstayed in Peru and the waived the fee and still do. That is a lot money.

Yes, I agree. Some of the rules are stupid and don’t make any sense. I remember when Delightful Travellers were told to sleep on a separate bed while in a hotel in Manila, even though they’re husband and wife. Also, it would be a lot cheaper to shop in those little stores in the mall rather than from those big department stores. You could also buy even cheaper stuff from a ‘tsang-ge’ which is an indoor ‘swap meet’. 🤩🤩🤩
If you are legally married with marriage certificate it's no sense to have seperate bed but guess no certificate show legal couple.If it's bf or gf maybe they will not consider.Anyway it's only my ipinion.

My wife is actually from Española, Palawan. You can make research as there are a lot of great islands and falls down south although it might be abit far from Puerto Princesa. Also I just want to remind you not to question rules of the city as we got a lot of sensitive politicians and you may hurt their feelings. I don't want you guys getting trouble with our Government. Stay cool and keep on the positive vibes!
