I prefer not to use the VERY large circles to the lateral bounds in chisao exercises. VT is about economy and efficiency as I see it and these exercises are more like Tai Chi Chuan. Why create a cyclone unecessarily, like a pendulum from side to side when we really want complete control over the centerline, not large gusts of uncontained movement. Forward energy is the golden rule, observing wrist-to-wrist connections. One can be must more subtle with HUGE results. I respect this Sifu though.
i wish i could understand whats he's saying... but i noticed something on the candlles... the wind from his palm was like precise that he blew out the candle 1 by 1 even they were so close..
@JoeCool101 Well, it might not seem the Bil Gee form, but as a matter of fact, it is. This is the Bil Gee form from Lok sifu, from Foshan Lam Soi Man Wing Chun, from the Yiu Choi lineage
The part where he was blowing out the candle, you should never fully hyper extend the elbows like he did in the video. This is extremely bad for the elbow. That is a big no-no. Other than that, I like his form. Looks like he knows his stuff.
IMO the actions performed have a lack of detail, the action is just thrown out there. I also find the connection of hands and body lacking....if this is intentional he has a different use with the actions than i do.

I know Lee is a disgraced to Chinese martial art as he goes around challenging other people very frequent. In the end gotten kicked out . He didn't left Wing chun, he is outcasted by Ipman

No, Ip Man never taught BL. He was taught at Ip Mans school under the guidance of Ip Man, but By Wong Shun Leung. BL himself has said that WSL was his real teacher many times.
So many fakes, so much money to be made. The principles inherent in the Wing Chun system make this attempted copy almost laughable. There is so much wrong with this copy it's hard to know where to start. Trace the lineage, watch some Si-Gung Tsui Seung Tsin video and work it out for yourself.

Wingchun actually in this lineage they practice siu lum tao, bil jee, chum kiu, because chum Kim has the most complicated footwork.
