it's a vicious cycle if you are single all the time you escape to porn which will keep on making you stay single, it's stronger when you are single because you were bullied and laughed at by your schoolmates or even at home, that tanks your self esteem, confidence and leads to addictions (drugs, PORN, alcohol) but even drug/alcohol/gambling addicts manage to be succesful with women
It's a vicious cycle, indeed. But once you break it, you appreciate your freedom/success WAY more than you otherwise would.

I have a few online friends that are girls, which I been talking to for years, and thanks to them when I talk to a girl in real life, I'm not as uncomfortable.
