I just picked up a 1990's chaos warrior set...just because...back then I think they would've LOVED to be able to produce those same spikes and fur. This tech was only a dream. Recently picked up a box of Darkoath warriors just because the posing was so open and action filled... for me cringe worthy standard almost flat feeling miniatures. Nice one!
Already in the thick of painting these guys and have been quite enjoying it. I have yet to find a really good chaos warrior kit that fully encompassed that grandiose, overwhelming dread, and imposing feel of power that a lot of the old Adrian Smith art embodied. These get close to that feeling. Some of Raging Heroes do as well. But none have hit "it" just yet for me in regards to being the perfect personification of Smith's art.
@@ObscuritiesinMiniature Smith, Extremely Hairy and horny almost messy, it all captured the darkness of chaos......plus his figure bulk and critters....👍👍
The heads are modular? I might actually print out some of the heads and stick them on the classic GW marauders since they are coming back for old world. I like the classic marauder kit, just not a fan of their derpy faces.
I fall into the category of “You can never have enough horns, bones and/or spikes” and I won’t apologise for it. Thus, I want these.
Titanforge has really stepped it up in the last year.
Darnit!!!!!!!!!! Those barbarians are AWESOME!!!!!!! Oh Christmas is coming I suppose!!!!!!!
