Awesome series of videos. The G model was my favorite BUFF, and Wurtsmith my favorite base/unit. Thanks for taking the time to post these. Sierra Hotel.
In event of nuclear conflict, had you to leave before or after a first "salvo" of ICBMs? Someone says that first attack had to be bombermade, others claims that first should be IcBMs and then, if there was not a ceasefire, a manned bomber strike
Was with the 494th BW (H) at Sheppard AFB from 63 to 67 and assigned to the Wing Standboard Division (you BUFFS know this dont ya)....loved giving tests my fellow "ass jockeys" who always flew backwards in the D models, until someone put them up front. Agree there will NEVER be another bird like the BUFF!!!!
Top Bomb. Cool stuff from cool guys, the guys that flies. Thanks for the video.

I worked on G's there, Fire Control 1980-83. Loved Wurtsmith. Downer was that our systems were out in the weather while they were in phase, LOL!
Over 3000 hrs in BUFs and I miss it. Best bomber EVER!!! Any chance you could post without the music? (I even miss the radio calls!!)
