Nobody is "dyeing" in strategic air command for multiple reasons. Strategic air command was disestablished in 1992. That makes it kinda hard to blame them for anything, don't you think? Also nobody "dyes" in the Air Force. They aren't in the business of adding color to textiles. Maybe you are referring to how many people make uniforms for the Air Force, in that case I'm not sure why you're upset? The more people they have "dyeing for SAC" means more jobs for everyone!
