黄豆 Soybean 300g
水 Water 3000ml
玉蜀黍粉 Corn flour 50g
可食用石膏粉 Edible GDL powder 1tsp (4g)
糖水 Brown Sugar:
班兰叶 Pandan leaves 3
黄糖 Brown sugar 300g
水 Water 350ml

你好 請問你用GDL粉做出來的豆花會很酸嗎?我用GDL粉做出來的豆花吃起來有些酸味。
Soy milk has to be boiled at least for 10 minutes, all of them, including the 9 scoops. Don't mix milk with powder before you cook soy milk.
The GDL texture is granule or powder?
