    Thanks for your tau huey demo. Pis explain mix the soy milk in another pot before pouring in the boiled soy milk?

      Hi Jess Lee:
      1.After we filter and get the soy milk, we take out little of soy milk separately and mix with cornstarch and edible GDL powder, mix it evenly and put aside first.
      2. For the rest of the soy milk, we bring it to a boil in the pot. After the soy milk is boiled;
      3. In another empty pot, we pour in the mixture of soy milk of cornstarch and GDL powder (as in No.1) first, then followed by pour in the boiled soy milk. No need to heat the soy milk again in this step.
      * This step is to mix the boiled soy milk and the mixture in No. 1 evenly. Because mixture No. 1 contain the ingredient to solidified the soy milk, so that the soy milk can solidified evenly.
      4. After that, we let the soy milk to solidified for 2 hours. Do not move or mix the soy milk in this 2 hours. Because any movement or vibration can cause the Tau Fu Fa become not smooth.

    Soy milk has to be boiled at least for 10 minutes, all of them, including the 9 scoops. Don't mix milk with powder before you cook soy milk.

      Hi, total of 3000ml of water used to blend the 300g soybean, filter and get the soymilk.

      你好feng cham,不需要哦。把煮滚的豆浆煮好后,倒入另一个锅后,就不要再移动或搅动豆浆了。因为这个等两个小时凝固的步骤是给豆浆“静静”地冷却凝固,这样才会形成滑滑美美的豆腐花哦。

      你好👋九勺豆水加入了可食用石膏粉和玉米粉,搅拌均匀后,倒进空锅里,接着把煮滚的豆浆立刻倒进去。煮滚的豆浆温度很高 (容量也比九勺豆水多),所以混合在一起就没有这个问题了。

      Hi Wei Jia, 请问您买的GDL粉的包装上的英文和华语全名是什么呢?我有去问了我平时去的烘焙原料店问了老板娘,她说GDL powder 有两种,一种是带酸味的,而另一种是不带酸味的。她店拿的货是和批发商注明不带酸味的。所以,您可以在购买之前问问老板,他们卖的GDL 粉会不会有酸味的。

      Seller bakery ingredients shop yang saya pergi untuk beli GDL beritahu yang GDL mereka jual adalah jenis yang tak masam. Boleh tanya masa beli di bakery ingredient shop utk GDL yang buat taufu fah dan jenis tidak masam.

      Hi Nora, Glucono delta-lactone (GDL) is a weak acid with sour taste when dissolved in water. It is often used as coagulant for making Tau Fu Fa, which make it solidified. You can simply get the GDL powder at the bakery ingredients shop.
