Hi, this chilli paste can use to cook different dishes such as curry fish head, petai sambal, nasi lemak sambal, curry chicken and etc. Can last around 1-2 weeks in fridge depends on the storage condition in fridge. May use a clean and dry spoon every time when take out the sambal.

你好👋九勺豆水加入了可食用石膏粉和玉米粉，搅拌均匀后，倒进空锅里，接着把煮滚的豆浆立刻倒进去。煮滚的豆浆温度很高 （容量也比九勺豆水多），所以混合在一起就没有这个问题了。
