Very clever to cut beancurd sheets into cone shape. Easier to roll up. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks fpr the receipe 🎉❤
Nice! Thanks
Question: what does the frying do? Will it work if i steam the roll right away and no fry?
Are they crunchy?
想请教下 最后煎完后 可否不蒸
Absolutely delicious vegan healthy recipe🌱💚💚💚😋
Wonder if it would be good with pork in it
Thank you for the video. What is the purpose of frying and then steaming?
it crerates this beautiful texture and a known method of cooking in eastern asia :)
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
Is there an alternative for mushroom?
Hi is it ok to not steam it and eat it fried?
Yes you can do that.
😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
TFi think I will sauté onions also
Can I use frozen beancurd skin instead of the dried kind or is it too soft?
I was using frozen beancurd skin. It will be soft when left in the room temperature for a while
Isn’t there a sauce that goes with this?
Personally like red vinegar
Sweet bean sauce n chilli sauce are great too!
where to buy the bean curd sheet!
Chinese supermarket
@@lemontree6832 Thx, but I bought the wrong kind in the market. What section do i find this type
frozen area
@@lemontree6832 Thank you!! I finally found the right one today!!!
Why do I keep chewing on them? I soaked the sheets then fried..still chewy 😕
I would advise to do steam after frying. it loosens up the skin.
@@Midoriya-Izuku tx, but no, I gave up...I know I don't like it 🥴
Hello its not salty..? Coz other brancurd skin is salty...
