    Instructor sure can hold an edge, nice work. Seeing the players try to do it shows the skill it takes, some of em are getting it though.

      They're actually not mohawks, they're just holds. Mohawks, you keep both skates on the ice together, he's just doing holds and then transitioning out.

    What a AWESOME technique. Incorporating this into a deke on a 1 on 1 could be effective. It's Hella fun watching the instructor show it off

    it is a useless movement which serves no purpose in the practice of hockey. a half turn followed by a forward skating..?. U-turns are used to move from front split to backward skating and not to change direction
