@@toastfertiliser1494 I used to believe that. I don't anymore. Rewatch those arcs man. The Palace Invasion and the incredible lead up to it has a pay off like non other. It's also much more thematically rich even though they are both heavy thematically.

I think what is really incredible and honestly kinda sweet about pakunodas choice is that, while Chrollo understood the value of his troupe mates and that they could be valued over his life (since he sees them as an extension of his greater self so his individual body can be discarded for their sake), he neglected to account for how much HE mattered to the Troupe, as a leader and comrade. Pakunoda, Machi, and Nobunaga all clearly respect Chrollo like the others, but they very clearly care about him as a person, something that Chrollo doesnt really seem to comprehend due to his identity issues.
I wonder who would win in a fight between the Full Zoldyck Family and the Phantom Troupe. Please like so he can see

One thing better in Phantom Troupe than the Akatsuki is that the Troupe is a family and care for eachother... Where Akatsuki has individual goals and doesnt mind other weaker members getting killed
Re: the number of legs. I think Chrollo originally wanted to have 8 legs, but then he decided 12 fit his Catholic aesthetic more lol

The Phantom Troupe and the Homunculus from FMA are the kind of villains that you just cant help but root for. Amazing characters, abilities and an interesting story. It’s impossible to top them 🙌
There's no way I can root for homunculus, they are just physical manifestation of all the sins Father contains.

Really Love Machi and Feitan their is really something on their aura that attracts me dearly just wish we could see Machis potential she never been physically annoyed that forces her to fight unless your phinks or Feitan that really gets on her nerves she rarely puts to much on physical strength unless she's assigned to guard Kuroro, and Feitan who we already witness some of his potential really makes him Hot. Gosh. Wish they could team up. They are what we call the cool cold kids.
Kuroro & Kortupi- The quiet Impressive Guys
Phinks & Uvo & Nobunaga- The Loud and bully Guys
Franklin & Benulenov- The Sorry Mature Guys
Pakunoda & Shizuku & Shalnark- The Gals and Guy of responsibility and Intelligence
Machi & Feitan- The easily annoyed but Hot and Cold headed Gal/Guy
Kalluto- The Jealous Guy who wants to prove himself
Illumi- The I don't know why I'm here but I need to be here Guy
Hisoka- The As long as I enjoy I'm gonna hit their nerves to enjoy Guy

I thought shalnark and phinx were part of the original group as when pakunoda said she had 6 bullets for the original members of the group
actually she meant that her ability let her shoot 6 bullets coincidentally the same number of the founders of the group. (shal and phinx aren't among of them)

The reason why uvogin has number 11 is because one of his main character tropes is "taking it up to 11"
The first HXH video that showed up on my recommendation list that came out a few days ago.
Phinks and Shalnark are both founding members, confirmed by Pakunoda when she shoots the "remaining founding members" and dies.

The ranking in the arm wrestling contest does involve Nen use! The strength is directly linked to the use of enhancement Nen to add strength to their body. And if you ask why Nobunaga is down there even though he is an enhancer is because probably his ability which involves cutting with a sword probably emphasis mastering of enhancement abilities like Shu and speed so thats why he might not be too focused on force. And we know they use Nen when arm wrestling as shown with Gon.

@@stonefree7973 I'm not talking about Hisoka in particular unless you interpret his prophecy to only lead up to the battle at Heaven's Arena. I always believed that his prophecy included Kurapika's vendetta with Chrollo and the combined loss of half the spiders included the ones Kurapika and Hisoka kill. Plus I'd much rather have Hisoka or Kurapika destroy the Spiders than Chrollo win.

I don't understand why people keep bringing up the prophecies chrollo made. According to Neon that she only makes prophecies within a month; that's why each prophecy is written with 4 paragraphs representing 1 for each week. The propehecy is long gone and Chrollo confirmed himself that Lovely Ghostwriter disappeared from his bandit book; meaning Neo died and her nen did not become stronger after death (otherwise if it did Chrollo could still use it but he can't anymore). So none of the prophecies as well were "stronger because neon died".
I wanna see a video on how much power giving up certain things gives you. For example Gon gave up his future for god like power. How much power could I get if I gave up my sense of smell?

the only flaw in yorknew city arc was that...
kurapika could just have taken chrollo's arm/s and/or leg/s(atleast 1 or all). instead he just put bad juju on him that can be removed.

Hisoka is stronger, but not to an Extend where you could say who's going to win if they Fight.
But Illumis Abilities are just way simpler, not to mention Assasin Skills are mostly useless in a Duel.
So, I'd say Hisoka wins, and that's what i would've said BEFORE he died and came back stronger and with more resolve!!
Regardless, I'd say at the End of the Anime, their Power Level relating to the Seven Deadly Sins Anime is:
Illumi: 3000.
Hisoka: 3300.
Chrollo: 3550.

I don't understand how in order to join the Phantom Troupe, you have to kill a member or be selected by Chrollo. Why are the troupe so pissed off when Kurapika kills Uvo, they should be used to member dying. In fact, wouldn't they let Kurapika join if he wanted to?
I think it's moreso the fact that Kurapika is hunting them down. Also, it seems like the first time they ever lost an original member was Uvo dying. The previous #4 and #8 don't seem to be a part of the original group. They hate Hisoka just as much as Kurapika when he reveals his treachery as well. Of course they wouldn't want anyone in the group that wants to kill every last one of them, or even just Chrollo, because then the Spider would dissolve. Their primary mission of keeping the Spider alive would fail. So admitting Kurapika or Hisoka still is a no-go. What they want is skilled people that have the same goals as them in mind: people who are so strong and so willed that they could kill a skilled member of the troupe.

That was my impression too however but it does seem that Kuroro hold a grudge against Silva for killing the former #8, at least in the 2011 re-adaption, yet he isn't particularly interested in going after the Spider (it's always the hitmen who get the hate in this universe for some reason...)
meteor city should be reviewed and explained coz there so much nen users that came from this area that are skilled like gotoh and kikyo zoldyck and canary too. how come a junkyard city can produced such cold blooded killers yet tight knit individuals. Consider the limitations he has on his nen and the fact he can become a specialist with great ability to use all nen types. He's also highly intelligent.
