  • Meet Jeremiah,
    When Jeremiah and I met -- he was struggling with debilitating digestive issues, racing heart, depersonalization/derealization and panic attacks. This started when he was 14 years old -- he's 22 now.
    He wasn't able to eat when he met Shaan. He had lost almost 20 pounds Everything he ate made him feel horrible. It was easy to think that he had a digestive problem. He had been cleared by his doctors multiple times.
    He joined Shaan's Bye Bye Panic Mentorship, and fast forward some time -- Jeremiah is back to normal. No digestive issues, no more racing heart, nothing. He's living now, and he can eat!

    Shaan big thanks to you for creating all the videos it really helped me in my recovery, In year 2021 I went through some bad anxiety and stress and I was in constant fear of anxiety after that I got my digestive issues and got Acid reflux, my gut and throat was on fire everyday for weeks and saw many doctors took PPIs for two months and it didn't work well, I even spoke to Jeremiah on chat and he told me that its all anxiety, later I decided to give up my fight with anxiety and started my let go attitude and I found that I was getting better, I kept that attitude for four to five months and today I am symptoms free, I live in india and we eat spicy food and today I can eat everything I want and even spicy food.
    Person reading this comment, I just want to tell that If you are stressed and worrying about your symptoms everyday this won't heal, just shift your focus towards other things and give your mind and body time to heal don't add more stress and pressure.
    Let it be there and you live your life.
    Hope this helps.

    I wana cry hearing this, coz I recently realised how much food I have been missing out on all these years, apart from missing out on life. No food = no energy. I will try eating more, even if anxiety tells me otherwise.

    I think the digestive issues were the worst symptom for me. It all started when one night I experienced heartburn for the first time. It was so painful and uncomfortable. I was so scared to get it again and like Jeremiah, I thought it was an esophagus thing and started thinking the worst. I was scared to eat or even get a stomach ache. I too ate bananas like crazy because I also read it soothes the esophagus. It was crazzzzzy! I sometimes get heart palpitations when taking meds or supplements still.

    So happy for his full recovery !!!
    I can relate to the diet part. I was vegan for almost 2 years. I thought my gut was messed up and that was causing the anxiety symptoms.

    • @Fallout3ProHunter
      @Fallout3ProHunter 3 года назад +3

      Vegan diets always lead to breakdowns, deficiencies in Nutrition and gut irritation. It’s sad that people get so committed to it and can’t see that the diet is slowly killing them

    • @Chris-Ian
      @Chris-Ian 3 года назад

      Every diet can be poor, just because you're vegan it doesn't mean you eat healthy. You can't really blame it on that. I know plenty vegans who flourish on their diet.

    • @youngfello2890
      @youngfello2890 3 года назад

      @@Fallout3ProHunter being vegan has never been an anxiety trigger. In fact vegans have healthier guts than omnivores. And also are usually more saturated in vitamins compared to general public.

    I have terrible nausea, and have ever since I started struggling with anxiety years and years ago. I have gone to a gastroenterologist and everything, but they don’t really treat the cause only the symptoms (and not very well at that LOL!). Do you think it’s possible for me to recover from this constant nausea???
