    Hello. This is where I get stuck. When your symptoms are high, your thoughts are not often logical. Maybe getting another job for him worked out. Major decisions like that I feel I wouldn't be able to do until I was more recovered, because one day I would think maybe I'll do a different job and the next day I am thinking no way, I'm going to be 60 and I don't have much desire to change so how can someone with high anxiety make major changes that may not be able to be reversed?

      Whenever the Anxeity/sadness came up, just feel it. Give up all the hopes and accept it. You will notice your symptoms go away. But the feeling Anxiety will remain. Repeat it until you feel more confident and it never trigger anxiety again.

      @MrYouthfist18 Год назад +11

      Don’t give into it. Those thoughts are there cause the subconscious mind is tricking you into thinking that there is no hope. So it continuously tells your conscious mind negative things. Trust me, I know it feels dim and gloomy at times, but you are more than anxiety. You are in control. Don’t allow yourself to think that your body is. Finding purpose helps a lot. Do things to make yourself feel proud of yourself. It maybe very simple stuff, but small wins and victories add up. Also, get creative. Triggering that creative side of you, not only builds confidence but it forces your mind to work on something new, which will limit time to focus on negativity.

    So sad that I can’t afford the bye bye panic program membership. 500 USD in my country is enough to support a family of 3. How am I expected to pay for this but I need help at the same time. Not everyone lives in America and European countries and are able to afford this. It’s extremely disappointing.

      @Bowzerthecat I'm not trying to be rude to you, I'm just saying that we're all struggling with money. Americans make more, but the cost of living is extremely high. I wouldn't buy something that costs 1 year of rent for me either. I wouldn't buy this program even on an American paycheck. I'm sorry you're struggling with mental health, it is pure hell. I'm trying to relax on my own without spending lots of money on treatment. We can both do it.

    DPDR, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts blah, blah, blah are minor anxiety symptoms. They NEVER discuss the worst ones like full budy aches , joint pains, burning skin, trembles, ringing in ears, twitchy muscles, feeling like barb wire is wrapped around you, insomnia so bad youndont sleep for days. This is for mild anxiety, its very fristrating. Hence why I watch anxiety centre where they discuss ALL anxiety symptoms. They are stuck on dpdr as if its the wirst when the suffering is worst than this. 😮

      WTF. DPDR is literally the worst thing ever. You feel like you have no sense of self. No sense of safety within yourself. You feel like you are nothing, just floating. All your emotions are numb. How can bodily symptoms even compare 😂 plus you got most symptoms like insomnia and bodily sensations on top of feeling like you are not even a person …

      Get your vitamine c. Anxiety is just adrenaline so you need vitamine c and magnesium to help your adrenals. But when my anxiety was at it worst, i had 100of bottles of supplements which i thought might help. But its just me, anxiety. Nothing else. You got this. After a horror year i finally am able to do little fun things again. Keep going and make sure to get good rest/sleep.
