To all people suffering and recovering from anxiety, just remember, don't let one bad chapter define your life. Its gonna pass. Nothing is permanent!!!
The best part of these success stories for me is listening to the person talking about setbacks. It's always so reassuring to hear that there is light at the end of the tunnel. During setback it so difficult to see the way out. This confirms that we just need to stay on track and recovery will happen. Thank you Shann and the individuals who share their stories. It's a great help for those who are in the process. Please never stop what you are doing Shaan.
Thanks for the upload Ruben all though I don’t think therapy is for everyone, I seen a few counsellors/psychiatrists over the years but always felt it never helped, I mean it felt good to get stuff of your shoulders but the anxiety never left🤔, I never had the proper tools to deal with it or understand the mechanism behind anxiety, although I’m feeling more confident watching Shanns testimonials knowing no matter what at end of the day it’s all just anxiety and the mind tricks it plays on us good luck
Late to this video, but I know exactly what Ruben is describing when it comes to almost having those "PTSD" related experiences with nausea. When I was on Lexapro for a little over 2 weeks, I had a very negative reaction of nausea and dry heaving in the morning. After going off of medication altogether, I still have a lasting psychological barrier to a degree when it comes to eating early in the morning or worrying about how food will affect me.
@@masteredmond This is what I’ve been going through for 2 years plus and is the most difficult part of anxiety. I’ve had moments where i was healed of sensitization and it went away but got re sensitized due to bad habits
@@lmaostrnoob I'm suffering from this for already 1 year and I just found this youtube channel. I hope I'll recover. Have you been trying anything that this youtube channel is teaching?
@@masteredmond Please use Vacate Fear’s RUclips channel. By far the best RUclips channel on describing sensitization and how to heal and the different symptoms. He’s helped me the most you’ll make much progress quicker
Click-bait title. So he doesn't really say how he got rid of his symptoms. He just tells his story and says to get professional help. So this sounds more like an infomercial for your services Shaan than actual "how to" for your viewers. I watched the whole video and still have no idea what Ruben did to eliminate his anxiety-induced nausea and diarrhea other than he saw a therapist and hired you.
Why just sharing how you helped. Just let us know what do do when so nauseous and having upset stomach. We can’t afford you shaan. Just help us with answer.
Those symptoms will go away when anxiety is reduced and to reduce the anxiety takes time, his treatment isn’t cheap but he helps one on one that’s why it can’t be free.

Thank you. I hope so🙏🏼
Thanks. I'm hoping so and trying to work to this now. It's getting easier but set backs get harder

We understand why it cannot be free, but what do you do when you have no more money for doctors.@@GuadalupeGomez-ms6uo
But the therapist is also supposed to be a guide.
Im sorry but i gotta say a therapist is NOT the way or helps.. shaans ways out are what works. Its the ONLY professional way
