Something I added to my enclosed prower washing trailer is a porta potty for that got to go moments. Nice set up. You will definitely love keeping your equipment safe.
Gatorade bottle🤪 Yes it's a wide mouth 🙄 Smartass🤣 A good ole butter bucket (pale) #2 lined with Walmart bags Run outta tp Well always gots the HollaDollaStore socks for back up😳🤣✊️
Russ, awesome set up! Really like the way you've done your trailer and equipment inside is well thought out! Thank you for sharing all your ideas and the different tools you've come up with to make you more efficient on the job. Your commentary while explaining the way you've put together some of your "home brew" tools is easy to understand. Thanks!
Loving this setup, I used the same paint on my deck its very tough. Hopefully one day I'll get to this level right now just rocking a 4x8 trailer have about all I can fit on it. Keep up the good work.
Great video… very knowledgeable and well spoken… I’ve been doing this for a while now we have 5 rigs on the road daily (all flatbeds) but with a large Government contact I find myself needing 5 trailers… 3 open and 2 enclosed… your walkthrough was great… rug looks killer!
Russ, this video is excellent! Great detailed info. Love the set up. Very nice trailer. I'm going to implement some of these things to my single axle enclosed trailer. Thank you!
Thank you, Russ, very informative. I learned a lot from your video. I'm new to this business. One comment, you have a great name, please put an "SM" on the lower or upper right side of your logo unless you already have it copywritten. Most if not all small contractor don't realize you can and should place an "SM" for Sevice Mark since you're in a service business or "TM" Trade Mark if you are selling a product or products. You can legally do that now without an attorney or filing any paperwork with the USPTO. Regards, Jim
Thanks for the video and nice rig. I currently have an open trailer, but am building a 7x16 this fall so I can keep my gear locked up and safe. I also like the idea of consolidating all my gear into one place and having a porta-potty for the days I drink too much water! You video is now saved to my files.
Very Nice Setup! You definitely have a lot of knowledge to share and I appreciate it! I have a trailer, just like this one. I will be setting up softwash, pressure washing, surface cleaning, all in one convenient location; which is lockable and water tight. Equipment cost way to much to leave out in the elements. Thanks for sharing this video! Shaun Ramsay, Extreme Clean Maintenance
Nice trailer build. The only thing I would suggest is the supply line from tank to 12v pump, change it to 3/4 id, so it feeds the pump better volume, you'll get noticeable results at the spray tip. Like the hose reel rack, I'm gonna steal that idea, doing another trailer build now.
I’m building out my setup right now. One difference I see is that I have my ball valve attached to the hose rather than the wand. Eliminates a lot of ball valves, points of failure. I haven’t used it yet but it sounds good to me.
I've always kinda shrugged off enclosed trailers. Always liked the open air trailers. But after watching yours I might have to buy one now lol. Really good stuff man.
This is a great setup. Thank you for sharing. How about exhaust fumes in the trailer? Doesn't the pressure washer make a bit of heat and exhaust fumes?
3-6k if you build it (pressure washer 800-1000, hoses and reels and fittings 1000,a few 100 gal tanks 800 etc. Trailer alone is probably another 5k unless used
Quick question, I'm buying a trailer, any advice in regards to buying a 6x12 or a 7x12? I was buying a 6x12 but I'm curious, should I buy a 7x12 like yours? Is the extra foot that necessary? I appreciate your advise, Jim
Thank you Russ. Great set up.. I have only one concern is your weight distribution in the trailer. I have learned from towing my job trailers how important it is to have the weight more centered and forward of the axels. Have you towed it at highway speeds? Does it sway?
Great setup I'm going to see if you have any other videos it'd be cool to see some of the equipment working possibly even a video a little more on how you have the hoses hooked up from the tank to the equipment maybe some more information on the unloader. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the video. I’m setting mine up now. Any recommendations would help. For the pressure being feed and filter to my units has caused issues in the past.
Serious set up man, well done, gave me some great ideas. I have a cleaning business in ireland and i have just started one in brazil also. Hope you are doing well
Great setup ! Thanks for sharing it with the rest of the world ! I would like to use your layout and try to fit everything into a van ( like a Sprinter , etc ). My HOA (condominium complex) doesn't allow trailers in the parking lot . Subbed !
mar1video offer them some free work in exchange for a contractors waiver...should save you storage fees and get your equipment set up the way you need, while saving the HOA some cash. Everyone wins if you sell it right
Great setup, and a thorough job. But how did I miss those 2 story tips too? I had the same heavy and hard to use extension wand for a year then found those tips...
For your reel rack how much material did you buy to build it approx? How much are those hose reels? The 1/2 chemicals hose where did you purchase it I'm looking to get 300 ft. Lowe's is over priced. Why 1/2" vs using 3/8" ?
Hey I was wondering if you can tell me what mixes do you use for washing roofs ? And what’s your process do you just leave it on or spray the chemical and rinse it ?
betuwin I'm a believer in HomeAdvisor. Yes, I know that some people bash them for dead leads, and yes I get a few. But it is what you make of it, you have to be able to sell yourself on the phone. Keep looking, the work is out there.
Hey where did you get the gas tank from. I don’t understand why there are two lines coming from the tank. And where did you get the online quick connect from?
Very nice Rig! Would love to hear a feedback regarding the old pump you used to use? And how much in a rough estimate did your whole trailer setup cost you ?
Nice setup! Everything looks clean. Question with the gutter grenade. Do u have to scrub the gutters with it or is it a spray and rinse application? Thanks
Something I added to my enclosed prower washing trailer is a porta potty for that got to go moments. Nice set up. You will definitely love keeping your equipment safe.
First thing the boys asked for.
Haha such a good idea. I use an old coffee cup far too often 😂
Gatorade bottle🤪

5 rigs whoa! I'm 1 man 1 truck at the moment. I spend about 4k in marketing to make 20k a month. What's your budget like to feed 5 trucks?

How much does a setup like this normally cost?
3-6k if you build it (pressure washer 800-1000, hoses and reels and fittings 1000,a few 100 gal tanks 800 etc. Trailer alone is probably another 5k unless used

This was an awesome video. I just bought a 7x12 enclosure and will be setting it up much like yours.

Hello love your trailer set up one question for ya have you had any rust issues with your trailer being in closed I’m hearing they rust pretty bad
Nice trailer setup. Do you have a problem with the muffler being close to trailer wall?
With your business ad on the trailer, do you have to carry commercial insurance or liability only?
Dam this is a great set up..!!👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for the video Russ!
Great setup ! Thanks for sharing it with the rest of the world !

Hey bud like the set up how’s it all going!?
I was curious. How far does the water containers usually last on a job before you have to refill?
Great looking trailer! 👍🏽👍🏽
Nice set up where did you buy your 8gpm pressure pro? What do they cost?
Would you still recommend a larger buffer tank for a 8gpm machine
Hey man. How is that deck over paint holding up. Any paint cracking or anything. Looks awesome
Great setup, and a thorough job. But how did I miss those 2 story tips too? I had the same heavy and hard to use extension wand for a year then found those tips...

Good God what a great setup 👍🏼
Question! So the top braided hoses is for chemical and ran through the electric pump? Or do you do downstream injection? Just curious
Very useful video Russ! how is the floor on trailer holding up? curious. awesome setup btw
Nice!!!!! You are.... Professional
Russ man excellent trailer build! The ladder rack is my favorite. Did you mount the sides of the rails to the trailer to avoid swaying?
Where did you buy the Pressure Pro 3500 without the wheels?
Pressuretek.com
Thanks Ross appreciate the video simple basic looks good
For your reel rack how much material did you buy to build it approx? How much are those hose reels? The 1/2 chemicals hose where did you purchase it I'm looking to get 300 ft. Lowe's is over priced. Why 1/2" vs using 3/8" ?
Hi there where can I find different tips for my surface cleaner
How much did u invest in everything?
Great job! Thanks for sharing!
Nice setup!!!!!!!
Hey I was wondering if you can tell me what mixes do you use for washing roofs ? And what’s your process do you just leave it on or spray the chemical and rinse it ?
Just wondering how you get your clients. I'm out of Fort Smith and nobody seems to want anything cleaned.
betuwin I'm a believer in HomeAdvisor.
Preston Wrenn it’s a smog type thing. It’s not needed. There’s a little canister on the engine that can be removed too.
Very nice Rig! Would love to hear a feedback regarding the old pump you used to use? And how much in a rough estimate did your whole trailer setup cost you ?
Very nice setup.

Awesome setup man!! Wanted to ask what you do for marketing? Thanks
Your a BOSS..
