  • Designed and built this pressure wash and soft wash trailer this year 2022. I've decided to share the build to help others or to receive helpful comments from other experienced washers. This is a new washing business I am starting in the Spring of 2022. Hoping to build this channel for educational purposes for myself and others @ Quality Blast

First things first, If you did all of that plumbing and layout, you're a beast 💯 secondly, this is the most elaborate pristine enclosed trailer that I've ever seen and trust me, I am a RUclips hoarder 🤣 kudos to you and I noticed that you mentioned you learn some things from Cody at Southeast Softwash maybe you should give them a call today and show them this video because it looks like you could teach them a thing or two, especially about the enclosed trailer. After much thought and deliberation, I have decided that "Phantom" should be the name of this trailer and the reason is simple. Rolls-Royce is the most luxurious pristine car in the world and it looks like you have that in your trailer. Keep spraying my friend 💦Happy Thanksgiving to you🦃

Thanks for all of the kind words! I spent a lot of time designing it myself and getting things to work right. I bought a little at a time and took about a year for me to build. Yah I saw on a Southeast softwash video where Cody was saying to use a 1” valve for a 10gpm electric pump. I learned from watching a heck of a lot of videos from tons of washers and builders. But most I learned as I went! Lol Let me know if you have any suggestions on any of the build or have any questions of what I did.

I’ve never had any luck with float valves. The bouncing of the truck going down the road breaks them. I would love a link to yours to try . I was buying from US plastic but it breaks. I ended up just putting in an over flow line through the body to the ground. It never fails. You do have to remember to turn off the water or you end up wasting lots of soft water. Mine runs through a filter then a softener. I hope you plan on signing it up. I’ve seen people take a picture of my truck while I’m driving and call me.
