Been in the industry 24 years, gotta say this is one of the wellest explained and done the nicest out of anything I've seen on RUclips. I watch alot only to be disappointed, but look forward to seeing more from you.
I’ve spent countless hours learning about pressure washing rigs and how to build them over the past year. Expert Powerwash is exceptional and they build some excellent products. Their attention to detail when it comes to plumbing is top notch. Thank you for all the free information you’ve provided!
This is a great video! If i were connecting the tanks together, I would have only used one bulk head per tank, and used a tee fitting and connected the tanks together, using the end outlet of the tee for the drain.
I’ve been wondering this so thank you so much. Really appreciate the time you put into it. Thank you again. Do you sell water tanks already fit it I need three tanks and I’m in northern Virginia.20141
Thank you! We can drop ship you tanks directly from the manufacturer. 595 a tank + shipping. You can give us a call at the shop. I appreciate the comments.
I got a question? I just purchased a electric hose reel but my question is that where do I ground my Solenoid too ? I don’t have a skid I have a end closed trailer not any aluminum or metal in the trailer
Do you have a fitting on the pressure washer for the inlet? 11:08. Just the hose over the male threads locked in with the clamp? Or is there a hose barb?
Thanks. I set three reels up just like this and I’m having issues with the circuit breaker tripping. Found your video online and it turned out to be the same way I set mine up, except I have a 40a breaker and smaller battery. Going to try upsizing both and seeing if that helps

Thanks bro great video!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the info. Where did you purchase your 100 gallon tanks?
We get them from the supplier direct. You may check around a few other pressure washing stores like Panhandle or Manatee. Thanks for watching.
Which tank are you filling up or does it matter
Doesn’t have to but it can be beneficial.
Where do you get the crush proof hose from?
We sell it. 503-403-6185
Do you have a fitting on the pressure washer for the inlet? 11:08. Just the hose over the male threads locked in with the clamp? Or is there a hose barb?
I think you are referring to the 1 inch barb that goes into the pump. Threads in.
@@ExpertPowerWash Got it. I see it now. It was hard to tell but I see it now. Thank you!
No problem. The barb is 1 in. The thread is 3/4
Do you use 2 drain hoses.?
One drain. Check out some of my skid builds.
Hey Tim, Do you know the dimensions on that Buyers Box? I'm in the market for one and they are the standard for just about any utility work box.
18x18x24 is on the older skids. We use a smaller one now. 14 x 16 x 24 Inch

Expert Power Wash

So now the negative line on the pressure washer just gets bolted to the skid??
Yes from the battery. Battery is grounded. Works well.
Aren't you worried about getting air in the pump with the pump above the buffer tank?
No issues. Pump is designed to pull water.
@ExpertPowerWash gear drive correct?
Did you have to upsize your battery for the reels?
I’m using a group 24 marine battery. These batteries have been great.
Thanks. I set three reels up just like this and I’m having issues with the circuit breaker tripping.
