this dood's voice and his ability to create dimensional characters, not to mention his ability to produce wonderful (apparently) seamless dialogue between them - staying in character AND accent, is absolutely the best i've experienced. and my fandom was kicked up several notches through experiencing his personality and wit via a few FB live interviews with himself and a couple of the authors he's worked with. ballz-out-HILL-AR-EEEE-US!!!
So glad you decided to join the audiobook world. I've now have reached the point where I am using two factors in my audiobook selection process. First, of course, it must be a great book and secondly, it must also have a great narrator. I just wanted to let you know that you're on my "great" list. So thank you for hours of great listening and looking forward to many more with R.C. Bray.
R.C. Bray is one of my most favourite narrators. As of matter of fact, right now, I'm listening to one of his books, "The Mountain Man". Phenomenal performance!
My absolute favorite narrator. First heard him narrating "the elementals" from Michael McDowell and then I heard "blackwater" from the same author and it's a perfect match. He perfectly acts out the southern Victorian era accents and each character sounds so unique. I'm now listening to "hell divers", a completely different series, a post apocalyptic thriller series, and he makes it sound amazing as well! I'm spending all my money on those audible books.
He is and will always be Skippy the Magnificent!
Long live skippy
TTA!

He is indeed great, but listen to Steven Pacey in The First Law trilogy. Truly the best of the best.

*This guy is with me a lot on my FedEx route lol*
Mountain Man is the best book series I have ever listened to!!
Listening to it right now. :)
Superb narrator. Does justice to good books and makes them a pleasure to listen to.
That’s crazy that The Dark Tower series is what got me into audiobooks as well!
What a charming guy. I will look for a list of his a-books.
His voice!🔥🔥
Whoever invented his voice was a genius.
Skippy loves you.
Skippy Asyourmoney 😂
GOATS
#1 Frank Muller RIP
#2 George Guidall retired
#3 RC Bray rockin steady
Nuff said.
you are SPOT ON with that list!!
The problem with him is that he ruins it for everyone else. It's almost certainly a let down when you go from a book he has narrated to another.
