The reason the colors looks so off is because they're supposed to be for darker skintones, they would look great on black women

Majority of these wigs are for black women hence the "darker" lace and the baby hairs. They're made this way so that we don't have to put too much effort into installing/styling it ourselves

Yeah, I think even the shades of blonde would look better on a person with darker skin. The fact that Naomi is so pale made them look more unnaturally yellow on her

If you're into bright colors blue would look great, if not, light hair often contrasts nicely with darker eyes. warmer blonde to bring out any caramel tones as well if those are present. Hope this helps :) @@HeraLaura

These brand wigs are mostly made with people of color in mind. They are different from others. Hence why the texture of many of them is different as well as darker linings and bands. They aren't like the photos precisely many times, we usually prefer to style to our liking.
idk i think the wigs should still come exactly as pictured or it’s misleading marketing. the styling should be done by the individual OR the styling should be pictured if the manufacturer does it.
You’re right, although I disagree with the product picture thing. Regardless if you style it or not, you’re gonna expect it to look like the picture & buy it because you like the picture or you think you can work with what is shown.
The wigs still look really good though, especially for the price!
I get it , I didn’t mean that it would be dramatically different. I was pointing out that many products that are straight out of box vs the photo may have slight differences especially with wigs. Sometimes they are packaged in a way that makes them flat as hell haha or they take another shape after being packaged, then the wig needs some manipulation.

💕 Ok, but no one said that though. What she said is that most of these companies wigs are specifically made for black women. And, they are because most of these companies are black owned or operated companies that specifically make hair products for black women/men. As you would like a wig with lace and color that you think compliments you. Black women feel the same. No one's arguing hairstyles. I think all styles cultures etc should be shared and enjoyed by all who can share and enjoy them! She was just letting Naomi or anyone watching the video know why the wigs are made as they are. I even posted a comment about the pricing for them. I started to make a comment about the fact that most of these companies are black-owned and or operated and they specifically cater to products for black people. But didn't think it necessary. One, because the fact that the site has all black women on it I figured would let her know. Two, because I did not think that it really added to the conversation in a meaningful way. It should be easy to figure out this was not a social justice type campaign thing. It's just companies that make hair products for black women. Your average very thick coarse 4C hair cannot utilize many of the same products/styling that very fine thin straight to 2C hair. You can change those combinations up and the rule would still stand. Very fine thin 4C hair would not handle the products/styling that very thick coarse straight hair will. Your average black American has very thick coarse 3B to 4C hair. I hope that clears any misunderstanding about it. 🫶🏾

The wigs on the floor first site are just wigs you can buy in hair and beauty supply shops all over the world. Outre and Sensationnel, Bobbi Boss are brands you get on Sam's Beauty and in Paks in London and in the States. You can buy them even cheaper than on that site. The reason the fake scalps are dark is because these are aimed at women of colour as you can see on the images on the box and on the site.
