  • In this episode, I will go over the following:
    1. What this case is all about?
    2. What a 0% rating means
    3. What I would do if I were this veteran
You can still add on secondary claims to a 0% VA Disability rating.

I can garuantee that a VA accredited attorney will get those 0$ reverse to a higher rating. I got a attorney and He got me from 80% to SMC S in 8 months. It's worth it hiring an attorney.

Are c and p examiners required to rate both flexion and extension? Both exams I had they have only performed flexion. Rated at 10 percent. Most of the pain is extension. I also have mild arthritis in the joint. Not rated for that. I have another exam scheduled. Should I request an extension test if I see they are not going to perform one?
