    I would be interested to hear what Dom eats in a day and timings.
    Also any keto bars/sugar free protein bars and powders he suggests

      He is probably leans towards whole natural foods over processed foods.

      He does like certain keto bars, but not many. And they're pricey, but look good. I can't recall the name.

    Just fast ! Keep your mouth shut and STOP ALL ( SDB ). They have to keep it complacted in order to get FUNDING $$$$ !

      It's complicated because human biology is extremely complicated. Not everything can or should be grossly oversimplified to an elementary level for people unwilling to learn the relevant biochemistry.
