IINGREDIENTS
4 pcs small mashed bananas (saba)
1 piece egg
2 tablespoon oil or melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup fresh milk (or evaporated milk/water)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
condensed milk any syrup topping (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, start mashing the bananas using a fork until it becomes uniform in texture.
Add the egg, melted butter (or oil), and sugar. Next, pour down the fresh milk or if not available, use evaporated milk or simply water. Set it aside.
In a separate container, combine the dry ingredients such as flour and baking powder. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and the batter is ready for cooking.
Grease the pan with oil or melted butter. Turn on the heat to low level. Carefully pour down the pancake mixture in a small flat round formation. Flip to cook the other side. Cook for 5-7 minutes depending on the size of the pancake.
Once the pancake batter turns golden brown, transfer onto a plate. Top with your favorite syrup, it can be a condensed milk or a chocolate one. Serve and enjoy!

For anyone not from america:
-4 small ripe bananas (or 2 big bananas)
-120 g all-purpose flour
-(aorund 8 g but i used an actual teaspoon) baking powder
-28 g( about 28ml) oil (or 30 g melted butter)
-12.5 g sugar
-250 ml milk (fresh or evaporated milk)
-1 egg
-pinch of salt
all measuremenst converted from google so they might be wrong

I think my mixture was a bit too runny, any tips? I was trying to go with the video as I was cooking.
Edit: My mixture is sitting right now. Maybe they will be okay once they are done.
Update: As expected my batter was a bit thin, so my pancakes were flat. The taste was nice, BUT I'm not sure what I did because the pancakes were mushy even when my mom helped me to check and see if they were done. I used two big bananas that has some brown on them (but were still very yellow). Any suggestions or feedback?
I figured it out, that was my problem too so I realized that the milk made it super runny so when i added the milk, i took out some of the milk before i completely mixed it together and it turned out like a normal pancake batter, not too runny and not too thick! So I recommend using about 3/4 cups of milk only:))
I had the same problem...i ended up adding more flour to get a thicker consistency .
