This is a really good recipe! I made the following modifications when I made mine: -oat flour instead of all purpose -almond extract (didn't have vanilla) -almond milk -added cinnamon

These are SERIOUSLY thee best pancakes that I have ever had or made. I changed the recipe slightly by adding cinnamon, substituting the vanilla extract with strawberry and banana extracts and added another 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. This recipe is incredible, THANKS A MILLION SIR ❤

Just did the pancakes and they are delicious!! I used 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1/2 cup of 18% coffee cream thats what I had in my fridge. So easy to make and delicious. Thank you
i saw this about an hour ago. Looked so good, i went and made it. Had bananas in the freezer so they were real soft. I used sour cream water instead of milk, and used coconut oil to cook. They were easy to cook, i didnt burn any. These pancakes were delicious as described. MIne had a sight sour tang that played off the sweetness very well. I live alone, and this made 9 big pancakes, so I have some l left over to freeze for later. YUM.
