HEY MAN ! aloha from california.
i noticed you called the knot you connected your hook to the line with a blood knot and thats actually not the correct name for that knot.
a blood knot is a knot used to connect leader to main line. what youre doing is just an improved clinch knot - ie fishermans knot.

Lol Maka. I had the same problem. I RUclipsd it. Push in the small end of the tube and fill up the egg with water half way up then push the fatter end to seal it up. Good luck!
