_Dinosaurs_ was one of the weirdest, funniest shows I've ever seen. And the way it ended; we knew they were going to go extinct, but that was still pretty surreal and dark.
Dinosaurs is incredibly underrated as a tv show. It really delved into a lot of topical and society issues and did so in a very unique way. It really never got the credit it should have, honestly.
I always thought the Big Comfy Couch had been a fever dream of mine as a kid. Years later I find out that not only did the show actually exist, the main star was the voice of Claire Redfield from Resident Evil!
My niece was the target demographic when Teletubbies were big. My sister had to stop letting her watch it because unlike all her other favorite shows, when Teletubbies would end for the day, she would WAIL. We never figured out why it made her cry so hard, and it was more than a bit unnerving.

I'll never get over how much Teletubbies set off my WTF meter the first time I saw it advertised in the paper. Granted, I was 14, but it probably would've given me a similar reaction if I was a little kid or a baby.
Sliders was phenomenal in its first 2 seasons! I still remember the premises of some episodes. Like the Lottery episode? That definitely stuck in my head.
I loved Teletubbies when I was a kid. I still remember it being a huge exciting deal when I finally got a Po toy from McDonald's. He's my favorite. :) I made a promise to myself to always love Teletubbies the more older I got and to never grow out of it just like I did with everything that I loved like Barney the Purple Dinosaur, my main favorite show. :) I even had a Teletubbies computer game that was one of my all time favorites. :) But, then when I was 10. I decided to play that Teletubbies computer game for nostalgic reasons. But, the moment I played it was the moment I knew. Whether I liked it or not, I had grown out of the game. Lol I just remember playing it and wondering, "Why on earth did I find this so fun? There's no challenge!" There was even this mini game where the Teletubbies hide and the player has to find them. But, the game easily shows them hiding and they make laughing noises when you put the mouse on their hiding spot. I couldn't understand why I found that so fun when I was younger. Lol So instead of keeping it forever, I broke my promise, and I gave it away to my little kid friend, Lauren. I wonder if she had the exact experience with it when she got older. Lol
The Teletubbies were my childhood! Just about everything from the 90’s in general was amazing compared to what’s going on now. I’d give anything to go back and relive those days. Good times! 😊
I love both Dinosaurs and the first 4 seasons of Sliders. Teletubbies is much better when stoned. Same with Blue's Clues and Bear in the Big Blue House!

Dinosaurs was weird as Fudge. I had nightmares about that show as a kid. Specifically when the baby grew that horn and became a dictator. And teletubbies is the definition of a fever dream. Not a single thing about it comes from the brain of a sane person.
Mortal Kombat Defenders Of The Realm (1996-1997) a PG Mortal Kombat with visuals straight out of the DCAU It aired on the USA Network alongside Street Fighter (USA) (1995-1997)

Re: The Attack of the Killer Tomatoes": Tara Boomdiay was also the name of John Steed's female counterpart after Diana Rigg's Emma Peel left "The Avengers." (No relation to Marvel Comics, it was a British show.)
My husband & I watched the first few seasons of "Sliders", and we loved "Dinosaurs" & "Killer Tomatoes" (we have both movies on DVD; the series is actually based more on the sequel, "Return of the Killer Tomatoes". That's where Dr. Gangrene, Tara & FT came from. Also George Clooney starred in it). We also have the entire series of "Dinosaurs" on DVD; I recently rewatched it with my younger daughter. My husband & I also caught the first couple of episodes of "VR-5" and "Cop Rock" and that was enough for us.

The Attack of the Killer Tomatoes had the characters Return of the Killer Tomatoes from 1988. The movie starred George Clooney. Talk about a fever dream of a film!
Here are three fever dream shows from the early '90s compliments from the Land Down Under: _Mulligrubs_ where you have a chroma-keyed face on a plain background (think the singing face from the _Voodoo Child_ music video) speaking in a squeaky high-pitched voice; _Round The Twist_ where strange things happen in and around an old lighthouse (the first two seasons were based on the works of Paul Jennings); and _Lift-Off_ starring Slenderman as a child in the form of a doll, a talking elevator, a bunch of puppet characters in a café, talking backpacks, a one-eyed plant, flying patterned shapes, children and their families, an authoritarian administrator, and a frilled lizard spying on the human characters.
What channel was Mulligrubs on? I was born mid-80s and still have no memories of that show… I do know Round the Twist and Lift-Off though. I often feel like I was the only one who wasn’t weirded out by E.C.. Do you also remember the spin-off game show E.C. Plays Lift-Off where Mr. Fish was actually a nice guy?
@@JamesDavy2009 Thanks! Might be why I don’t remember watching it. Up until the late 90s, I watched more of the ABC programming in the morning (with exception to Agro’s Cartoon Connection up to about 8am if they had Hello Kitty’s Furry Tale Theatre or Sailor Moon).
That show was instrumental to getting Flash animation out of Newgrounds and into mainstream TV. _¡Mucha Lucha!_ would not have happened without _Happy Tree Friends._
My mom, my sister and I binge watched all 4 seasons. Season 4 was hard to sit through knowing that the episode Changing Nature was going to come up. But I don't think that really is the fever dream episode. I think that really belongs to the Season 2 episodes The Last Temptation of Ethel (the one where Ethel gets a glimpse of the afterlife) and A New Leaf (the anti-drug episode and the trippiest episode in the whole episode).
Sliders was a great show. 😡 I fully subscribe to the theory of alternate earths however, I stopped watching it when they introduced the Cromags or whatever they were called. They reminded me too much of the nazis. And wtf was up with their obsession with eyeballs.
I feel so bad that I can't donate on RUclips that's why I won't allow anyone to donate money to me I mean I do allow them but it's not fair if they donate to me if I can't donate to them

Space case, was another 90s show. It starred Walter Jones. He did that one, after his time on power rangers.
