Xer0/Edsel is a freaking BEAST with this band. Sometimes I can't tell if I prefer Wayne's original stuff or Edsel's versions. REALLY good grainy quality to his screams, he just NAILS this stuff and Ostego Placebo is a killer original that's 100% Static-X. And think about it, Dope opens up for Static-X on tour, then Edsel has to do a whole 2nd set w this band like an hour later, it has to take a serious toll on his voice. I looked at their tour schedule, they're doing like 4 dates every 5 days. Edsel is 50 yrs old, he ain't no spring chicken. I hope he's making a TON of money and banking it right now.

I’m very torn w the way they resurrected Wayne into a furry. He does a great job but it doesn’t feel right and I think Wayne wouldn’t be happy w the “image”. I understand progression and evolution I have a difficult time w this because I loved Wayne so much.. his spirit lives on and for that I’m grateful
Saw these guys last night. Xero is in a costume with a crazy helmet with glowing eyes now. They also stepped up their production. They tore the house down
This is the only band of that's come back after a tragedy and managed to still capture some of that feeling. Feels good man.
Granted I didn't see them with Brockie but I feel like GWAR's another one.

It was around Christmas and I think it was the last stop on the tour, so they dressed up for that
