That's what I call paying a tribute. Hope they keep doing shows with this guy, respect is everything. Wayne gave so much for the band, he f*cking deserves it.

This video made me smile. The fact that this band carried on and still has the energy humor and intensity after the 20 plus years. Yeah Wayne is gone but the legacy of the band is sound. Happy for these guys. Keep pushing it!
I saw Static-X on the Family Values tour. They are great 👍 very good live band. I really dig this guy from DOPE. I think he totally does Wayne justice.
i like when people record the talk stuff before songs.. Hearing some of the things they said was wholesome. RIP Wayne... Xero does a great job filling his shoes so that people can still see Static X.. Part of me always wonders how Wayne would feel about this but I think he'd appreciate his legacy living on
Dope was another awesome band they had some awesome fkn songs. I remember years ago being on the Dope street team and having BOXES of demo tapes mailed to me and Is pass out hundreds of tapes for them outside the Palladium in Worcester, Ma. They were black cassettes with I believe “Everything Sucks” on it and “Debonair” maybe as well

Man I'm just now finding out about this. They are coming to Cincinnati in November too. I'm so stoked. I was fortunate enough to attend several static x shows, even partied with them on there tour bus and smoked a blunt with Wayne. I love Dope and have seen them several times too. If this is edsel he is doing Wayne some serious justice and Wayne should be proud. My god it sounds just like Wayne and that’s not easy to truly replicate

Me too, front row at the masquerade in Atlanta. Caught a pick from the bassist

Did no one else notice the drum tech start breaking down the kit halfway through the song lol bananas!
haha yea what was up with that. I like how he just smiled through it.
Ken Jay had done the same thing to them! There’s video of it!
I met those guys when I was in 7th grade in 1999. Wayne talked and took pictures with us dumbass kids. He was the nicest guy ever.

that's the drummer of dope
Holy crap 💩
There will be no encore now or ever bwahahaha 🤘🏻

I can’t be the only who saw the stage crew tearing down the drum kit WHILE they were playing, am I?? 😂
Nope! 😂
Now that is a serious God damn tribute Wayne would be proud
Love you guys. The tribute is amazing. You guys crushed it in New Jersey this summer at PNC. Thank you.
No doubt Edsel Dope. I know that voice.

DJ D-Fect: Xer0, not zero.
This was unbelievably the hardest band on this night
Just sounds right with ken on the drums. Thanks to the other past drummers for their contributions.
wow, this new vocalist is really good at impersonating Wayne's voice, top notch, my respect!
Static x kinda sounded like dope to begin with, they had the can’t remember drummer or bassist from dope but he got in trouble for being naughty
It’s pretty obvious that Xer0 is Edsel Dope, I’d know that voice anywhere.
So much love on that stage🤟🏽❌
