Before the internet: People had one personality and that was it. Everyone was cool with it and knew how to work with that. After the internet: A lof of people have to or more personalities and struggle IRL to keep it together as it is hard for them to live alongside that fact. Talking to such people is weird everytime. Like if they have some mental disorder but are too composed to hide it yet it slips a bit here and there. And even if you know someone for a year or two you can't be always sure who you actually think you know. ....and if you think this is it then wait until VR will be a thing. Living VR lifes, buying VR property, having VR jobs... that is going to be a mess.

Crazy hearing his thoughts about the internet, he never would have imagined how fucked up it could be today. But the internet didn't create that in people. People were always shitty, just that the internet was suddenly a tool for them to show the world their true selves. The internet just highlighted how fucked up people really are.
