Japanese Prawn Curry with S&B Golden Curry Mix, Japanese Curry Mix

*What you will need (For 6 people)
110g S&B Golden Curry Mix (Mild)
450g Prawn
150g Potato
125g Carrot
450g Onion
660ml Water
1TBS Japanese Sake
1TBS vegetable oil
Cooked rice
*How to make
1. peel and cut vegetable
2. stir fry vegetable for 5mins
3. add water and bring to boil
4. simmer for 15mins and open lid little bit
4. defrost prawn if it's frozen
5. add sake to prawn and mix
6. add prawn into pot and simmer for 3mins, lid on
7. turn the stove off and add curry mix to dissolve
8. simmer for 5mins with low heat
9. put cooked rice onto bowl and pour curry
10. Done! let's eat!
