What most likely happened is that he was let go during the investigation, so he is free until the case is completely made against him. He also probably isn't able to leave the country. We should keep in mind that this is Romania. The level of corruption here in the Balkans is over the roof, so it won't surprise me if he gets away with this.

What most likely happened is that he was let go during the investigation, so he is free until the case is completely made against him. He also probably isn't able to leave the country. We should keep in mind that this is Romania. The level of corruption here in the Balkans is over the roof, so it won't surprise me if he gets away with this.
