I've been practicing yoga with you for years now, every morning. And 4 months after you got pregnant, I got pregnant. So this video and the previous prenatal one have been so helpfull and educational! And the timing is just perfect. I never write a reaction, but now that I'm writing one, I also just want to say that I love your yoga videos and your videos about eating healthy. You're a big motivation for me and I love to practice yoga. Tomorrow I'm 6 weeks after labour, so I will resume my yoga journey again. Finally! Thanks for everything!
Thank you for speaking about this. No doctor ever told me about this until I sought out a physical therapist 3 years after my youngest was born. I had a 4.5 cm separation for years and I was doing all the wrong exercises. I told my ob/gyn and she said, “Oh, yeah, your abs have always been separated. Most women it doesn’t bother them.” How can we fix what we don’t know?! More people need to know about this! There is hope. I healed myself in 6 months after guidance of my physical therapist. It fixed my puffy tummy and bladder issues.
you have such a beautiful body! It's amazing how you've bounced back after your pregnancy. too often super fit and aesthetically pleasing women spread messages that make all the others feel inappropriate...what i really like about your videos, and i want to thank you for that, is that you focus all the attention on the wellness and health of the body...not on the superficial aesthetic concept. you are the proof that if you take care of yourself and work hard towards a goal...you can achieve it. every person, with their own shape, can have a happy, healthy and beautiful body and mind. this is the message you give to people. thanks
@Agnese Mannucci It's true. Her body looks amazing. However, we should not forget that having a healthy diet as well working out regularly is NOT everything. @@D07770 i totally agre with u. It s genetic. For some people surgery is the only option. But let s say it, even juliana will never be exactly the same. Yes, it’s actually been scientifically shown that pregnancy and motherhood changes your voice! It actually becomes deeper. They think this might be an evolutionary trait to sound more authoritative as a protective factor for your baby.
I’m 50!!!! I never heard about it. Congratulations 🍾 on a new member of the family!!! 💕🎉My children are 18 and 21 😂 not to mention I had a back surgery through my stomach and my biggest challenge was core muscles and my stomach muscles but know I know why!!! Doctors never talked about it. Then hip problems come and from hip knee, it’s crazy honestly. I think now it’s done on purpose. I am so thankful to you, I’ve learned so much, and helped my hip issue . It is so relaxing to watch you guys at those beautiful places.
Wow. Thank you so much. I'm 9 weeks postpartum. This helped me so much. Discovered I have 2 fingers diastis recti. Instead of worrying, as I most likely would have done, you give reassurance and clear guidance to get started in healing. I'm going to share this with other mamas, just as I've sung your praises with yoga videos that helped me so much over the last year.
OMG! I had no idea you had become mother! Congratulations!!😍 I just came across an advert about this condition on fb and remembered to check here if you had something about it and voila! The first video on the list!🤩 I'm not pregnant but I had a surgery to remove a 2,5kg ovarian cyst that literally cut my belly in half and now it's completely uneven. I knew I need to recover my core strength after that but never knew how and I think this may help. I have been following you for 2 years now. Your exercises have helped me to improve my general health and deal with the symptoms of my Graves disease with all the anxiety and stiffness that comes with it. Thank you sooo much for sharing with your knowledge and wisdom. Sometimes I'm not even exercising but just listen to your voice and background music cause it makes me feel relaxed 💙 Hope you and your family are enjoying this new fase of your lives and are all safe from this virus. Blessings for all of you💝
I am 25 years Postpartum and this video explains so much. Wish I had of know this back then, and explains why all the ab exercises I have done have not fixed the issue. Blessings to you for sharing this ❤️💕

This is gold! Thank you so much for the advice and education. I’m on my third pregnancy and want to be healthier coming out than my previous two. More videos on during pregnancy and postpartum would me much appreciated! Maybe even a rendition of this one that we, your audience, could follow with out the educational “breaks”. I’m thinking along the line of your yoga flow videos. Your content has been a wonderful companion these last few months and really helped me to get on top of my back pain. Thank you so much!
Like many of the comments I had children- 4 boys - many years ago my youngest is 15 years old and I started yoga about 18 months ago -when as well as running my own business- 60 hours a week I thought I deserved some time for me! In the last 2 weeks I had started to do more abdominal work as my core has got stronger. However after watching this video and realising that I have a one finger separation I can only thank you for guiding me off those exercises that I thought were helping but actually making my core worse. I would love to be able to strengthen my core in dolphin to plank but clearly this will need to wait. Please could you do more classes with exercises appropriate for all us mums out there. Your classes are beautiful and although I find even your beginner classes fast paced compared to the other classes I have followed online they are soooo good. Hi Julianna!! Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy! If you could, I would love a complete video work out on these exercises. I am still working on my diastasis recti and would really enjoy following one of your workouts that is dedicated to just these beginner moves. Thank you both for continuing to inspire and promote a healthy and positive lifestyle! Love and light to the three of you!!

I watched this out of curiosity-my daughter is 26 so my pregnancy was quite a while ago. But I had DR-the doctor used to joke that the baby was just going walk out through the gap. I had a small gap for years-I ended up with an umbilical hernia, which was probably due to the weakness. I was good shape back then, but didn't exercise (that journey started in 2006). However I did and continue to do Kegels. And that paid off! When I sneeze, I just sneeze! Every woman should be doing Kegels.

How very educational! If I ever get pregnant I will know what to do :) it's actually so helpful because I probably would have tried to get back into the usual routines ASAP without modifications. Edit: 9 months later, and I'm expecting! Edit 2: finally coming full circle and doing this post partum. Life is a crazy thing!
I've been doing this every day this week. My 2nd born is actually almost 4 years old and I've been exercising using yoga for the past 2 years post pregnancy (I did do yoga before kids) I didn't do any after my 1st born who is now 6. I'm naturally very slim and struggle to gain weight even after pregnancy so I didn't push myself with breast feeding (which was over 4 years solid) I have a strong core but about 1 and a half fingers seperation. I wish i knew these exercises sooner! I have been doing a lot of the wrong ones when following online yoga practice. Hopefully I can still heal it. I've had sore abs all week so I'm definitely working muscles that needed this. Thank you xx
I am one month postpartum and starting to explore where I will begin once I am cleared for exercise at my 6 week follow up appointment. I think that this will be a great starting point, and I would love to hear more about your personal recovery either here or on the app!! Thank you for the guidance and inspiration, mama!!!
Thank you Julianna I just want to say thank you. This video is so helpful, also...welcome to mama worrier world. You were beautiful before you son but can I tell you, there is a beautiful confidence, everything woman that just is when I see you now. 🙏🌸💛

It is very helpful🤗. Thank you very much Mark, Juliana and Xavian 🙏
How very educational! If I ever get pregnant I will know what to do :) it's actually so helpful because I probably would have tried to get back into the usual routines ASAP without modifications.
Edit: 9 months later, and I'm expecting!
Edit 2: finally coming full circle and doing this post partum. Life is a crazy thing!
you are so amazing in body healing 💖 is so helpful ☺
This is exactly what I was looking for!!!!!!! Thank you 🙏🏼

Thank you, very helpful and nicely explained. Would like to see more videos like this!
Love this video! A new mama as me needs this so much 🥰
Thank you for all. Its so important and you are amazing teacher!
I've been doing this every day this week. My 2nd born is actually almost 4 years old and I've been exercising using yoga for the past 2 years post pregnancy (I did do yoga before kids) I didn't do any after my 1st born who is now 6. I'm naturally very slim and struggle to gain weight even after pregnancy so I didn't push myself with breast feeding (which was over 4 years solid)
I have a strong core but about 1 and a half fingers seperation.
First off: congratiolations to you. We hop it was a wonderful experience and journey so far🤍 And we will be sharing more soon.
