Thanks for your feedback. Your coverage of these vehicles and the customization of regen has me interested in looking at the Ioniq 6. The efficiency numbers appear to be pretty impressive with the Ioniq 6. Should give Tesla a run for the efficiency crown.
I have an early reservation for a Lucid Air Pure RWD @$77K. However, it seems that Lucid will not produce these cars before Q3 2023 (or later?). The delayed delivery, and the fact that Lucid STILL has not confirmed details of the Pure RWD version such as the horsepower or range, have me looking at the Kia EV6 and the Hyundai Ioniq 6 as alternatives. The problem with both the Kia and the Hyundai (and what keeps me from buying one) are their dealer networks. In a survey of 16 mass market brands, both Kia and Hyundai dealers were recently rated last in a JD Power survey of customer satisfaction. My personal experience at a Hyundai dealer reflects that. I would love to see YOUR take on the EV6 versus the Lucid Air Pure.
The Ioniq 6 looks likely to sell for $70K for single-motor and $80K with AWD and long-range battery, when launched where I live. The Kia EV6 is going to sell for over $100K in the long-range configuration (Kia is only importing the EV6 GT to my country). Really does not bear comparison. I will be buying the Ioniq 6 AWD, long-range.
It's not that bad. In Europe, the base version with one engine and a small battery costs less than $49K, and the version with a large battery AWD starts under $67K.
I wanted to buy the Kia, until I saw it with my own eyes. In the pictures it looked sporty but in real life it’s just a very big hunk of metall. I am now looking forward to seeing the Ioniq with my own eyes and hope it won’t dissapoint…
If this was a comparison...you failed. So much information missing on the Hyundai. Perhaps you should wait until you have ALL the information ON BOTH CARS before you post an incomplete and useless comparison. I won't be watching your videos any more\...it was actually a waste of 6 minutes of my time I will never get back!

Ioniq6 over ev6 solely based on center console. Didn't know what to do with my arm when test driving the ev6 one handed

Kia eb 6 is my favorite
I would say the Ioniq 6 would be most comparable to the Tesla Model 3.
Thank you for the video.

so true, when i saw EV6 on road, so horrible from rear side
EV6, just looks better
NOT from the rear.
ESPECIALLY from the rear. It reminds me of the Orville Sci fi SpaceShip, beautiful.
Ioniq 6 is the best!!!!
In 3 years the weird design of the ioniq 6 will depreciate its value, while the EV6 will continue to look straightforward futuristic, imho.
Hii
