It’s so nice that there is a store out there that provides access to organic, natural foods without all those unhealthy unprocessed additives to areas that don’t have a Whole Foods or farmers market accessible.
Another twist on the sauce is cranberry sauce mix with a little brown sugar on the "meat" loaf. I make a dent in the loaf to make a bowl like shape and put the cranberry sauce in the dent to bake with the rest of the loaf. I do all this on a parchment or silicone mat cookie sheet. It turns out great every time! Thanks for sharing your recipes! I will definitely be making these as well.
I don't know why but I hadn't thought to use beyond meat for meatloaf. Meatloaf is my son's favorite but we haven't had it since we went plant based. I love the Maya Kaimal products, quick easy dinners!

@@NikkiVegan thanks! I used egg replacer powder since I had some and it worked. But I also had to use a packaged mushroom called Shroomeats which has pea protein and potato flour. It worked great!

Great question! It I haven't tried it but I think it would have a similar result. I would try mashing the chickpeas until they resemble flaked tuna and then measuring out 1.75 cups for the most accurate swap. You might need more than one can of chickpeas, I'm not sure. Let me know how it goes! ❤️
Thx for using food for one meatloaf. I want vegan food based on “veg”! I don’t like the trend of relying on beyond or impossible. I’m glad they are an available alternative when eating out, but I can’t cook in my home! I can’t stand the meat smell lingering.
You’re right, red dye is often made from bugs but most ketchup does not contain added color as the tomato paste is red as it is. Ketchup is vegan friendly ❤️
Most vegans don’t stop eating meat because they don’t like the way it tastes. Most do it so they can reduce animal suffering. So having vegan meatloaf is a great way to have similar flavors and textures, without having to hurt animals. Hope that makes sense ❤️
