    if you crash in a buggy and break your leg... your buggy gets 8 to 10 '' of travel in the rear and 6-7 '' in the front. mutch better than stock
    awesome!!!

    I got to say your skills are above a lot of other builders on RUclips and that machine is a well-done job but like you said that motor isn't cutting it it definitely needs a higher RPM 4 cylinder inline with shift a 650 or 750 cc motor water cooled would keep you running all day long definitely pull the wheels off the ground but overall well done job young man!👍👍🏁

    Thanks for the price breakdown. Few do that and we are all left learning there is a steep price for our great ideas the hard way...... even if they are worth it! Many times there is a better solution and usually a cheaper one. But we build things because we can and it is as much about the creation as the end product. Keep it up.

  • @XJ550CAFE
    @XJ550CAFE 4 года назад +1

    Great job on the build. I like the predator engine way more than a streetbike engine, better sound, more torque. No CV carbs, which suck, unless it were efi I guess. When you are winching up out like that, set the hook up higher, it will lift the front up and out opposed to pulling it into the bank.

    I really enjoyed that you made this video and put how much everything costs. Still it’s pretty amazing I have been watching all the video and you took a Chinese 150cc buggy and made your own Polaris basically it’s still cooler because any one with money can buy one but you enjineered your own that not just anyone can buy! I have watched this build since day one and it’s amazing what work you have done. You should get sponsored by Can am or Polaris . Anyways keep up the good work I welded my own atv thanks to you for the motivation!

    I have a Polaris ACE 900SP.
    I also have a chineese 250cc buggy (stock). Yes, for the money you could have bought a nice used ACE 900, but the truth is, nothing on the market rides and feels like a buggy. Not that it os better than the ACE, but the feeling of being sat on the ground in buggy is kinda unique. So if you want a fast buggy, there's nothing on the market except a used and very old honda odissey, or a chineese komodo side by side (but not a single seater)
    For your desire of using a motorcycle engine, I's think about it twice. Yes they have lot of power, but with the cvt, torque is always instantaneous, no mess with shifting and clutching.
    Great build, it'd be nice if you could meet Red Beard's Garage and have footage of both your buggies.

  • @BeaterJeep
    @BeaterJeep 4 года назад

    Cool build. I believe it’s not about the cost but the adventure. You’ve invested wisely. You should make sure your are loading your trailer weight biased to the tongue. The trailer will track better and with heavier loads will be greatly safer. With the rear engine and the way you are loaded, I’d imagine you were close to having the trailer swerve side to side. 16:25 mark

    Bro, fantastic neat work done there on the buggy 👍 my two cents,that thing needs more power maybe a 600cc inline 4 cylinder engine,and a manual/sequential gearbox like the crosskarts for sure,and the front suspension definitely needs more travel for those huge jumps in your next video probably if you make one that is🤞all the best bro, keep up the good work 🙏

    Question you said you run out of travel well before the shocks run out of travel. FYI it should be matched if it’s not then you are no way shape or form getting your worth out of any shock that does not bottom as machine bottoms. Just saying. Machine on ground should be shock at its bump stop to be able to use the shocks correctly. Example the bypass of the damping will nvr get into its correct spot if they are not traveling out there full distance. Alls not lost tho. If you can move the upper or lower or both mounts of shocks as In put them more up right you will be able to match travel of machine to travel of shocks. If you drive something like that and then move the mounts so you get full travel then it will be day and night difference. Most the time you’d find yourself running out of shock before machines travel limits are reached and that’s bad well it’s even as bad if not worse if your not getting full shock travel to the machines travel. If this is the situation I’d do wat ever I could to remedy this issue. Great build tho
