we've power crept so far we are now casually having ability regen, damage, aoe and reload perks on legendaries at the same time (one for all/firefly/origin perk combo)
Lol I know right. Mountain Top was nerfed then sunset, now it’s back with random rolls and damage perks.
If we had destiny 1 cooldown timers we could get more perks focused on gunplay and remove ability cooldown perks all together

One for all scales firefly damage from what I’m hearing. Haven’t been able to pull the roll. So there’s even more synergy, firefly can proc and then reap the benefits from the boost to wreck further.
Edit: don’t ever pull outlaw people. Firefly gives outlaw. Both put reload to 100. One explodes
outlaw gives a reload animation multiplier so you do actually reload faster with outlaw. i’d still take firefly but if you want the fastest reload possible outlaw is it.

@@zigzag2370 Explosive Payload's very good too. hard to go wrong with anything in PvE on this gun except the obvious PvP perks and... Attrition Orbs
@@japowey8958 Exactly this. People look at the pure stat bump and don't look at what else it's doing. Multipliers allow them to go faster then cap, often even getting it faster even if you don't hit cap vs another perk.
I'd still rather Firefly but for example Outlaw + Voltshot on the Waking Vigil makes it the fastest reloading 140 HC to activate Voltshot with so Outlaw should never be immediately dismissed.

I’m sure its mentioned here but Explosive Payload makes proc’ing One for All so easy and it’s up literally constantly. Love this combo on my Doom of Chelsis!
How? Because the explosive splashes to other enemies? I got his roll but with explosive and one for all instead of firefly and kinetic tremors
It's strange but as a controller player, my favourite hand cannon was my first ever Eyasluna drop. It has Perpetual Motion and Snapshot sight and feels so fast and snappy that I can challenge anything!
I am looking forward to going for a god-roll Midnight coup but I guess the most important part is getting something that works for your play style.
People sleep on Eyasluna man, it’s easily my fav handcannon too. Rapid hit seems to snag ez 3 taps a lot
What’s also really nice about firefly + one for all is that I believe one for all buffs the damage of the explosion too!
My first shiny rolled with hammer forged/arrowhead + accurized/flared magwell + firefly/moving target + kinetic tremors/zen moment. Insanely juiced roll in PvE but especially PvP.
I'm on the way to buy my lotto ticket right now.
One for all would have been the god roll but close enough

Desperate measures is such a good perk for keeping kinetic weapons relevant in such an ability heavy era of the game. Obviously it isn't going to be as good as a weapon fully synergizing it at least empowers your weapon for using those abilities.

Shoot to loot + kinetic tremors is THE roll i want on every weapon.
It's great to be able to scoop up orbs and ammo from far away.
Just use powerful attraction lol

I got a shiny coup with explosive and firefly in the 3rd column with kinetic trimors and desperate messures in the the 4th. Biiiiiiig happy range master work with some pretty fast reload speed

I have a full bore, accurized, moving target, zen, stability masterwork role and it feels really good. Still waiting on a good one with explosive and zen, but I intend to get one and try it out too.

@@SifGreyfangwack comment seeing how both perks serve different roles. OFA is one of the best pve damage perks in the game for add clear where as BAS is the best for boss damage. Can’t really be compared

I have the yellow boarder with Explosive/Firefly and 1forall/frenzy. And a separate HC with Explosive and Kinetic trems. Got them and was pretty hyped.
I got a firefly/one for all the other day and did a 50 wave legend onslaught with it and a chromatic fire void lock and it felt amazing, didn’t even feel like legend when everything got rolling.
The last 10 waves I switch to explosive/temors for when the ads got too chunky and it was also amazing.
I feel like firefly/temors is the god roll for casual play so you can one tap and ad clear in lower level content but also chunk majors if needed.
I adore my Firefly Kinetic Tremors roll! I use it on my Solar Warlock sunbracers build for decent damage and because Firefly can proc Ember of Empyrean while I use Buried Bloodline for devour on a sunbracers build, feels pretty rad!

My fav so far is firefly rampage but I’m also looking for firefly desperate measures as well. Explosions and reload buff with bonus damage after kills feels awesome. I will however keep a payload tremors copy.
im really looking forward to how they implement weapons in a duel subclass meta at the moment i feel like it has to be some pretty crazy rolls to make weapons compete instead of what just looked like ability spam
Im looking for a Firefly/Rampage combo because if you fet that precision kill fornthe firefly explosion, anything that explosion kills will also stack rampage, meaning that you have a really good chance of getting all 3 stacks of rampage off of one kill as long as that kill is in a group (which is more often than not). I'll be just like how the OG Trust was with Dragonfly/Rampage.
I will still be chasing Cross's roll too, but Firefly/Rampage just sounds fun
i got the perfect pvp pve shiny godroll with payload on the left and one for all / zen moment on the right. ive never felt happier 😭
I think moving target and zen moment are perfect examples of a positive placebo effect. Maybe they make a difference maybe not but feeling like they do is still good cuz it makes you more confident to take fights and hit your shots

I got one with Kinetic tremors and the option to choose between explosive payload and firefly, firefly for normal content and onslaught, but definitely explosive payload for more difficul content like GM's

I've actually gotten two explosive payload + one for all rolls, and a firefly + one for all
they're both super fun combos, and one for all is pretty easy to be on constant uptime
I definitely wanna test which feels better for me but I'm liking this gun a lot
I got that exact same set of 4 traits. Unfortunately not the best mag and barrel but I’m loving that I can use it for either pve or pvp. I was kind of hoping for explosive payload instead of firefly, but I honestly can’t complain.
OFA + firefly arrowhead break and tac mag on my shiny and it hits harder than a sunshot and gets those aoe exposions plus boosting my relode to 100 and man do I love this gun
Talking about the combined exotics and a arc and stasis using hunter.. i can't wait for my liars handshake and assassin's cowl arms for pve and mask of bakiris and stompees legs with shatter dive as a shotgun for pvp.
i have a 3/4 of the god roll for my perks… i was prettty excited when i got it especially because i had only got like 3-4 shinys… then i saw true vanguards video about it and he said the firefly-one for all combo… and i was so sad. i got opening shot instead of one for all.

Just got a shiny midnight coup from shaxx with small bore accurized rounds outlaw and kinetic tremors definitely gunna be giving this a try
I got firefly kinetic tremors and it got my attention. Then just now I got explosive payload one for all. Now I hate hand cannons in pve outside sumshot but midnight has many things going for it and I feel like there is enough pve options this could be a very useful hc in the future for pve. It all depends on the artifact mods
My shiny coup has shoot to loot, explosive first slot and kinetic tremors, one for all in the next. Absolute beast in onslaught and find my self switching perks!
As someone with firefly and 1for all its REALLY nice and feels even better in onslaught. After 1for all is proct it definitely increases your firefly damage

Got lucky with my firefly, kinetic tremors roll and i love it but I'm really curious if an EP and DM x3 roll would make it on par with wardens law and malfesnece for lucky pants damage. Yeah it would be more work but hey it's fun to not have a brain dead option every now and then to spice things up
I had my fingers crossed to have on the left precision instrument and kinetic tremors on the right because the damage increase should buff kinetic tremors.
I got outlaw and kinetic tremors I like it but I still need to farm to see if theres a better roll for me
I just got the shiny God roll!!!! Full bore/ corkscrew, accurized/ steady rounds, explosive payload, zen moment! Got a reload masterwork which could be better but I’m beyond hyped to try this out.

Was a bit irked by it at first because I wanted something closer to your roll.
Been enjoying it regardless. Almost always have bonus dmg because of OFA.
Ofa buffs fireflys dmg too meaning its splash damage is good against chunky or higher level enemies aswell
I'm very impressed with the explosive and one for all combo for pve. It just feels very effective.
I was able to get a shiny one with tac mag, smallbore, with explosive payload, then both Kinetic tremors and one for all. With a range masterwork. I'm pretty satisfied. I'll see about getting a good firefly roll.
I've got the one for all + explosive payload roll and coming from someone who usually doesn't use hand cannons and prefers double special this thing is a monster and wipes the floor with minors and majors alike

I just scored a Explosive Payload Rampage and im pumped about it but im looking for a EP Kinetic Tremors roll myself. my only thought is i feel like wardens law is still superior to any other legendary kinetic hand cannon
Second roll i got was a shiny with Firefly/OfA in first row and desperate measures/explosive payload in the second row.
Ive racked up 1k+ kills on it in a single sitting. Its so so good.

I got firefly frenzy which feels great but now need to go get firefly ofa cause i forgot it could roll with that
currently at 0/63 for any attrition orbs, kinetic tremors roll. Orbs spawn for teammates, activate surges during boss fights, and push abilities, without kills. 6 players using AO is 30 second supers. Tremors is also damage without needing kills.
Should they change enhanced Exposive Payload back to +5 Range? That'd be a nice buff because of its less damage in pvp

I got a firefly + frenzy roll on the day it released and I’ve already got it to 3k kills. I’ve gotten three shiny versions, but all of them have been incredibly mediocre, so the grind continues. Still hoping for an explosive payload + frenzy roll and dragonfly + one for all. Fingers crossed.
Have a shiny firefly one for all but I’m preferring my explosive payload kinetic tremors version for harder content. Both have been fun to use though.

Firefly+tremors is my go to for PVE, it provides so much neutral game help, no setup necessary, just an ad clear machine, sure solar incandescent weapons are hot now because of the artifact but once that goes away, firefly tremors will be a good substitute for big groups

I got an explosive payload and opening shot and I didn't like it nearly as much as I expected too. Actually died 10 times in a row, put on igneous and got 5 kills in a row on stream so... Idk ya know. I'm gonna get this roll and try it out again for sure but man those headshot just weren't there even though the target assist was insane lol
I feel like the reload speed buff from firefly was ignored here, that's huge when using it for ad clear

I just got a gold maxed range Midnight Coup with Explosive Payload/Firefly toggle and Zen Moment/Desperate Measures.
Kinetic tremors + explosive payload is my go to , I have several shiny’s with firefly and other perks but they just don’t feel as good in higher end content
Firefly with Frenzy/One for All/Rampage are all good I have a Desperate Measures roll I haven’t tried yet but getting a couple kills with abilities and then chaining kills shouldn’t be hard

Desperate measures x1 is literally the same as rampage x1, but each stack is additive (x3=30%), versus Rampage which is multiplicitive (x3=33.1%), so rampage has a higher damage ceiling, while desperate measures has a higher uptime, it's a trade-off
I have firefly one for all. It's an add clear monster that can chunk down higher health enemies.
I have a shiny explosive payload/attrition orb kinetic tremors/frenzy and a firefly/one for all. both are work horses.
