I CANNOT wait to get my hands on the decora girls dolls. They have the cutest little faces, and they dont have the mattel problem where the features are forced to be realistic (realistic noses, ect)

I saw the toy fair video awhile ago and I'm so happy you are working with them especially so a whole new generation will get into j fashion and I really hope they make a boy doll for a bit more representation
Yeah you usually don’t see very many boy dolls, especially in bright colors. I Hope they make chubby dolls and disability dolls too :3

I absolutely love the look of decora fashion! It isn't something that I would personally wear, but decora dolls seem like something that I would really love.
Such an EXCITING announcement!!! I am a doll collector and customizer and I have been in love with many forms of decora for years, so to see a fashion doll that isn’t JUST for the sake of fashion is heart warming. It’s so nice to know that the company recognizes what decora stands for as a community and not just as an aesthetic 💝 so very excited to add these to my collection
I’m usually just into vintage 80s/90s toy collecting but I totally want these. Been trying to keep an eye out when they go for preorder. I have a hunch they’re going to sell out.
I wonder if the doll franchise may also have fashion and accessories in the future. Perhaps adult unisex sizes so that a whole family could dress up together .3. I think that’d be fun and cute!
I'm so happy for you! This is such a cool opportunity & I commend Cepia for doing their research & reaching out to you, so their dolls can truly represent decora! I remember a couple of years ago there were some Harajuku inspired dolls & while it was nice to see, they weren't all that cute 😅 but these dolls are adorable! I can't wait until they come out!

YES it's so great to see Cepia correctly prioritizing making sure the dolls themselves are cute! those Juku Couture dolls from the past had great ideas & execution on their outfits, but the dolls themselves had such unfortunate faces it just ruined the whole thing 😭 it's very easy to mess up and make faces that are uncanny, or bodies that don't articulate well enough, etc. Decora Girlz looks to be hitting the mark exactly where they need to 🎉

Im excited for these dolls, and this may seem a biiiit nitpicky but i kinda wish the doll for Luna was the one used for Celestia and vice versa, since I'd love to see more black dolls in edgier fashion, specially dark decora! I will definitely be buying both though

It’s so exciting they have nylon hair!!! Affordable dolls with rainbow hair too often use polypropylene. They are adorable I need them!
The bigger fashion dolls remind me of Diva Starz from when I was a kid, which I really loved~ It's nice to see something just as cool with a J-Fashion focus like this uwu

I hope you continue to dress this way your entire life as long as it brings you joy. I miss dressing "scene" (also very bright and happy), but feel societal pressure to "dress my age" at 35. Also, my husband is not artsy so I know it would embarrass him 😅 he does encourage my collection of dolls though and I live vicariously through their fashions 🥰
I remember having a zhu zhu pet as a boy, I really liked it until I tried to play with it on the carpet and of course the wheels got stuck in place forever... still played with it like a regular hamster toy lmao

I really can't wait to see the decora girl dolls in person. Although I'm not a decora dresser (I've always been more into Jirai kei/lolita fashion myself) I think these dolls are a really cute idea, and it will probably help make others here in America a bit more open minded about J-Fashion too.

I’m so excited for these dolls! 🤩🤩🤩 I hope they’ll create some BOY characters in future as well. Of course boy dolls in general aren’t as popular but I think a big part of that is that boy dolls are often boring and don’t have as interesting fashion as girl dolls. I think boy dolls in this style would sell well though. They probably wouldn’t be as popular as the girls but I do think they’d be popular enough to be worth creating. There would be space for at least one in a future release (pretty please dear doll gods! 🙏🏻)
Also wonderful to hear that they took your advice and didn’t have an actress wearing fashion from a company with questionable practices. It sounds like the company behind these dolls actually care and it’s also in their best interest anyway as many Decora fans would be turned off by them using such a fashion piece and supporting a brand that lacks integrity. It’s great that they have you on board and take this kind of thing seriously. Congratulations on this opportunity. You deserve it and they are lucky to have you on board.
