I recommend starting off collecting with shein!! Their stuff is cute but affordable,I also recommend looking at kids accessories if u want some decora clips mostly just anything in the little girls section can work as decora :)

The necklaces part is so relatable, because I have a version of my miku cosplay that’s decora inspired, and every time I forget to put on the wig before the necklaces, I have to un clip the pigtails, take off the shirt part, put on the necklaces, then put on the wig again. I am not an intelligent woman

I don't really know much abt decora so sorry if this sounds ignorant, but I think no matter where you're from you can get some really cool bright stuff from dollar stores and stuff like that. Here they tend to have really bright colorfull kind of "kidish" quirky stuff that really makes me think of decora, I even get some of them myself cuz they just look so cool, the only thing that you have to do is be creative with it. I would say it's like being a baby goth looking at halloween stuff, they may not be of the best quality, but they work yk
