These aren't zero to deaths, they're just death combos. If they have percent on them, and they both have two stocks, it's obviously not 0 to death unless ur charizard with flare blitz

Yes, every stock begins at 0%. A 0-to-death is when you take the opponent's stock from 0% without taking damage yourself; essentially, it's a flawless kill.
